I used the manufacturer chart for sizing. I have a 44” chest, so based on manufacturer specific chart embedded in details I ordered a 3x (ouch). This is so huge, I put a pillow (yes, an actual throw pillow from my sofa) over each breast and it was still loose. I’d say an extra 8-10” bigger than manufacturer states. I realize people often complain about sizing, because they use the size link at the top of the page, which is generic. I made a point to read all the details, and follow the manufacturers guidelines, per their instructions. So, be advised, I’m not one of the people who just used the wrong size chart. Now, given the sizing problems, the blazer would be cute and appears to be inline with the quality expected for the price. I’ve ordered another 2 sizes smaller, because if I can get this in the right size, I think I’ll love it. ... show more

Great jacket if I got one that fit. It is not lined but not thin. The material maintains its structure so it is great for the office. I read the comments and bought 1x which is way too big. I fit best in a size 14 jacket with a little space and should have tried the size smaller. It does have a little stretch to it so I'm sure I would be better off with the smaller size. If it helps, I'm 5'5" 190 lbs and my bra size is 36DDD but 1x is super big. ... show more

Amazon’s size recommendations were clutch on this one. I’m a fairly petite person and Small is my standard go-to size. I was shocked when Amazon recommended a Large, but I took a chance and I’m glad I did. For reference, I’m 5’3” (115 lbs) and a large fit great. Runs SMALL. I am 5'6", 130 lbs and normally wear size 4-6 blazer in higher end brands. I ordered a medium and it was tiny. Ordered a large an it is perfect. Jacket is a firm knit and nice cut. I ordered 2 sizes larger than I normally buy and it was still too small in the bust. Apparently, no one in China has any idea that people have breasts. The sleeves are also very short, almost a 3/4 which just does not work for a jacket. Lastly, the quality is really poor. I washed the jacket to get rid of the smell and it appears that the only thing holding the lapels in shape is one flimsy piece of fusible interfacing which failed. After washing it has no shape at all and I would have to replace the interfacing or possibly topstitch the lapels to make it hang right. Returning this ugly thing. ... show more

As almost everyone has previously stated, this jacket runs small! I typically wear a m/l but decided to order an XL. The XL fit nicely but too tight to be worn for a professional look. I ordered the 1X as a result, I will compare the looks of both before I send one back. I saw that most ppl stated to buy 2 sizes bigger, and I believe I may agree. Now, the blazer itself is made of a thick material and is nice. I believe the price suits the item. It’s not expensive, and it shouldn’t be. Update: the one 1x was entirely too big.
