  • HEAVY-DUTY 600D CORDURA TEXTILE MOTORCYCLE JACKET WITH CE ARMOR: Built with a 600D Cordura outer shell for maximum abrasion resistance through every ride. CE armor at the shoulders, elbows, and back provides protection where it counts, backed by double-safety stitching on all seams. Reflective high-visibility logos and design elements across the jacket keep you seen in low-light and night conditions.
  • ALL-SEASON WIND & WATER RESISTANT RIDING JACKET WITH THERMAL LINER: A Reissa water-resistant breathable membrane blocks wind and light rain without trapping heat. A detachable insulated thermal liner lets you adapt to any season liner in for fall and winter rides, liner out for spring and summer. The long-cut design adds extra coverage at the waist and lower back, keeping you comfortable across changing conditions.
  • 5-ZONE VENTILATION SYSTEM MOTORCYCLE JACKET FOR MEN: Five air-zip vents two at the shoulders, two at the arms, and one at the back work alongside integrated mesh panels to draw fresh airflow through the jacket on warm-weather rides. Open all five vents with the thermal liner out for maximum breathability, or dial down airflow on cooler days. Sized S through 4XL for a broad range of riders.
  • 7-POCKET MOTORCYCLE TOURING JACKET WITH FULL ADJUSTABILITY & HWK PANTS COMPATIBILITY: Five external Velcro-closure pockets and two internal zippered pockets keep your essentials secure on long rides. Velcro waist straps, Hook & Loop cuff and arm adjusters, and a soft neoprene-lined collar with adjustable closure dial in your comfort. An internal attachment zipper connects directly to HWK motorcycle pants, keeping the jacket in place through every turn.

  • Thoughtful features for the price
Size: Small Color: Hi-vis Green
I am 5'7" and 165 lbs. I wear a 16/32 shirt and a 40 suit jacket. The small size fit me best and placed the soft CE armor in the right places. I originally got the Medium and used it on an 1,100 mile, four day tour through Utah and Arizona. Temps ranged from below 40F to the low 90's. I didn't use the decent quilted liner, as I prefer to select my own underlayers. I found the jacket to be fairly comfortable at the whole temperature range and the venting to be as effective as might be expected. Fortunately/unfortunately, I didn't encounter any rain, so I cannot give my first-hand account on that issue. While the medium jacket appeared to be correct by the sizing chart, it was larger than expected. Whereas the style is fairly long-bodied, this resulted in a lot more bunching of the zipper flap up front and pushed the stiff, velcro collar closure up under my jaw. I don't have a tank protector, so the cordura left some minor markings on the clear coat that need to be buffed out. The top of the collar began to irritate my throat after a few hours of riding, such that I put on a neck gaiter just to buffer it. After that ride, I returned the M for an S, which fits ideal. While I haven't yet tested it on the road, the dimensions are much better for me. I own other jackets from Tour Master and Pilot which cost far more than the HWK. I found the HWK gear to be of equal quality in construction and materials and to have some thoughtful design features that made it more versatile. I think my pillion is going to like having that large pocket on the back where she can store her phone and maybe some road snacks. Overall, I can recommend this product as an exceptional value. This will be my cold/moderate weather jacket moving forward. I live in the Mojave Desert, so I think it will be rested for the summer months. ... show more

  • Good value
Size: Small Color: Light Grey
I'm a big fan of this jacket; well constructed, adjustable and snug fit, looks good and all for an affordable price. Waterproof: I've rode several times in the rain now- nothing torrential but enough to test the waterproof ability of it and so far I've kept nice and dry. Comfort: I find this jacket really comfortable, it has adjusters at the cuffs, biceps, waist and bottom so you can get a nice tight fit everywhere. I'm 6' tall, 165lbs (long lean build) and I ordered the small and it fits perfect. I'm also able to wear 2 thermal layers and an insulated vest underneath for the cold, which can be a little bulky but not uncomfortable. Temperature ranges: The waterproof-ness is built into the jacket, meaning there is no waterproof liner to remove. In cooler conditions this is no problem, but anything above 80F will slowly cook you alive, even with all the vents open and the zipper down. Especially if you get off you bike and hike a short distance, you will be literally pouring sweat out of this thing. On the flip side I've worn this with the quilted layer, a vest and 2 thermals down into the 30F's and its kept me warm. Basically- not a summer jacket. Other features: the pockets are generous, only 1 zippered pocket on the inside. Quilted liner has a cellphone pocket which is nice. I think a good upgrade would be to add zippered pockets on the side of the lower front pockets. The vents are ok but then again I'm not entirely sure they do very much, as I think they're located on the outside of the waterproof layer. Overall: I think this is a great jacket and very affordable considering the quality you're getting. I look forward to updated versions in the future perhaps with different designs or color options. ... show more

  • Excellent fit. Warm. Waterproff works - mostly.
Size: Medium Color: Hi-vis Green
[2 year Update] I own a small and an Extra Large in this jacket. I love the viability and the way it fits. The small coat needs longer velcro on the wrists. Additionally, the teeth on most all of the velcro have either come off, or pulled up the "fur" on all my pockets. On the topic of Waterproofing. When I ride for more than 15 minutes in "standard" or heavy rain [light rain has no issues], when I get off the bike, my belly is wet. I'm not sure if water is getting through the middle of the jacket or if it's running down my neckline. Bought a wet suit to wear in the rain for this reason. Otherwise, i really like this jacket. Fits good, feels good, and with a few extra layers underneath (and heated gloves), I've ridden in temperatures lower than 25F. All-in-all, this is a very good jacket for the price. There may be better products out there, but I haven't tested any others because I'm happy with what I've got. [Original Posts] I've been in the rain a few times with this coat now. Great while I'm riding, no wetness issues until I lower my arms from riding, then some droplets get in my gloves. Otherwise, my phone and wallet are safe and dry, and my work clothes underneath are dry as well. Great in the winter as well. Hot-Hot-Hot in the early spring so far. Doesn't breathe much for sweat, but that's not why I bought it. I bought it for rain and winter, and it does those well. Update: I've had this jacket for about a year now. About 8 months into the purchase, the inside warming liner began to rip at the seam that connects it to the jacket. Doesn't look repairable. I am not violent when putting this jacket on. I don't feel it should have this problem so soon. Also, I don't use the velcro pockets often, but I noticed chunks of teeth missing from all of the pads as though they've been used for years and just started disintegrating. More on the velcoro - I wish the pads around the wrists were longer as well as the ones around the waist. The jacket is a really nice fit, but sealing these closed is difficult because there's not enough to attach to. Dropped from 5 stars to 4 stars due to these issues. Still waterproof, still fits mostly good, still warm, still bright - but missing velcro teeth and an early torn liner takes away from its perfection. UPDATE: Contacted seller who offered to refund x amount for me to see a tailor to fix the liner, or x percent off of a new purchase. They couldn't replace the liner, but attempted to make amends for their product. Good Customer Service. Reset to 5 stars. ... show more

  • Protected me from injury, but HOT
Size: 5X-Large Color: Hi-vis Green
Pros I need to give this 5 stars, because it did what it was supposed to do. I laid down my bike on a curve and because of the gear I had on (including this jacket) I slid into the ditch with no injuries. Despite sliding over 30 feet, the material held up well with no visible damage. It fits well and the stitching seems good. Cons This is HOT. I took out the liner and opened all the vents, but if the temps are over 80 degrees F, you are baking in your own sweat. The plastic links that hold the fitting straps are weak. I bent over and popped one. I can no linger fit it snug on my left side and now have a loose strap. Final thoughts This is a very protective jacket. I like the visibility. The pads absorbed the impact of my crash and the material prevented all road rash. I have not tested the water resistance of this, because I try to avoid riding in the rain. I highly suggest this jacket for colder months or night riding. If you are driving in summer heat, you may want to look for something lighter. ... show more

  • A fantastic ADV jacket.
Size: X-Large Color: Hi-vis Green
This is a fantastic value ADV Jacket. It has features that punch up many levels to the far more expensive competitors jackets. While there is better armor out there, this jacket at least comes with CE level 1. Expensive jackets usually in-some cases have none. There are plenty of pockets, and air vents. I did a 6 hour 110 mile offroad ride with this jacket so far. It was On a 45 degree morning and eventual low 50 degree afternoon and very high winds. I rode without the liner. I was completely warm. I Had 1 very minor get off and plenty of arm abrasion by branches in tight single track. The jacket held up with no issues. You would never know the jacket was put through its paces. The seams are strong and the jacket has high quality zippers. Pricing is fantastic. You will not be let down by the quality for the money. I have not been in the rain yet so I can’t comment. I did encounter many water / mud situations and I remained dry and the mud comes off the jacket fairly easily. Based on the construction I would say due to all the zipper covers ,great seam stitching and pocket protection flaps that look to limit water intrusion, I would feel safe saying the jacket will provide a level of water proofing. For how long I would not be sure. Fit is true to size. I usually wear a large. I went with the XL because I actually wear the jacket over my Leatt 5.0 CE level 2/3 upper body armor which is a bulky armor . I also leave the armor that came with the jacket in place. I achieved a great fit and excellent movement with no movement restrictions at all. As you can see I am a stickler for body protection. When you have been impaled you don’t want it to happen again. If I don’t wear the leatt body armor the jacket is a little big but still is a great fit due to all the sleeve and waist adjustment straps. I am 5 ft 10 and 168 pounds. I can’t say enough about this jacket you really can’t go wrong. I look forward to many rides using this jacket. AGATT If you are on the fence with this jacket I would say that you won’t be let down. If you are coming from a $1,000 dollar jacket then you may have something to comment about from a comparison perspective. This jacket is $70.00. Plain and simple, it works and is feature rich. My bike is a WR 250 R. I ride single track and mainly offroad dirt environments. Minimal on road. Be well and ride safely. 2/2/23 after a season of using this jacket I must say I am pleased with it. Can’t report on waterproofing. However I can say it does offer decent protection. I have been down a few times offroad and also got harpooned by a branch in the left arm. The branch caught a seam and it did make a significant rip the jacket where the fluorescent panel meets the black panel. The sticking ripped apart. The branch never penetrated the jacket. All I ended up with is a big bruise. I need to get the jacket sleeve sewn now for a repair. The only negative I have for this jacket is the neck Velcro severely irritates your neck. They should have a snap or reduce the size of the Velcro to prevent it from making contact with skin. I never close it for that reason. Or put a neck scarf. Over all I think it’s a good value jacket. ... show more

  • Buy it ... Buy it now!
Size: X-Large Color: Black
I will call this preliminary because I have only had it a short time and cant comment on its longevity. However ... This jacket is at very least the equal of similar ones I looked at costing $150 and more. Lets start with ... I was overwhelming impressed when I received it. It has pockets galore interior and exterior and like a truly thought out touring jacket the tops of the exterior pockets fold over before being velcro'ed shut so absolutly no rain can get in there. There is even an interior pocket labeled phone! There is a heavy zipper and then a strong hook and loop flap that goes over it. The hook and loop is the good stuff that sounds like you are tearing a phone book in half when you undue it. The jacket has a whole series of straps that help to custom fit the jacket. At the waist, across the biceps, at the wrists, at the bottom of the jacket and at the neck. What seemed like a formless jacket when I took it from the box looks like a tailored jacket after some strap adjustments and I must say .. I think the jacket is awesome looking and I look good in it. It is built to fit a variety of body types among a particular size. The fabric is the same nice tough tight fabric I saw just last week costing $200 at the cycle shop. Its tough and I think it will survive a fall just fine but what I discovered today was .... It really really really keeps the wind out. It came with elbow, shoulder and a back armor. There is also a somewhat thin liner that can zip in or take out and a whole host of vents. Today was cool for AZ at about 49 degrees with blustery wind when I went out for an 80mile ride. The ride was almost all highway at 70-75mph. I wore a simple uninsulated standard weight long sleeved tee shirt and the jacket with lining. I was very warm!! Were I still back in NYC maybe I would have gone for a sweatshirt and I think it is all I would need because the fabric and all the closures do such a good job of keeping the wind out you dont feel cold. I would have included a light scarf because I couldnt get the throat strap quite tight enough to seal completely. Outside of that it was awesome and I feel comfortable that I can ride down into the mid 40's with just that T shirt here in AZ. I swear I dont know how they can sell this jacket at that price but I would buy one before someone figures out a mistake was made!! I would right now buy another just for backup but am still losing weight and am afraid it might not fit in a year. It is really that good!! For those gauging size. I am 5'9 and 195lbs and even though I am an old guy I still have a somewhat athletically shaped body with a 45in chest and 37 inch waist and not much belly. The Xl was perfect. At my chest size I would have been uncomfortable in a large and certainly wouldn't have been able to fit a sweatshirt or vest. Like I said .. the jacket will work with different body types but you are married to the armpits and I could feel anything smaller would have been to tight. Awesome awesome jacket and greater value. ... show more

  • Great Fit, Solid Quality, Well Made
Size: X-Large Color: Black
This jacket fits great and feels very well made. The quality of the material is solid, and it feels durable without being stiff or uncomfortable. The Cordura textile feels like it will hold up well for regular riding. The CE armor is well placed and adds confidence without restricting movement. It’s comfortable on longer rides and looks good both on and off the bike. Overall, this jacket exceeded my expectations for the price. Very happy with the purchase and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable, good-quality motorcycle jacket. ... show more

  • The dirty secret most motorcycle gear companies don't want you to know.
Size: XX-Large Color: Light Grey
As a senior motorcyclist I have used gear from just about every major company over the years. Some good and some a waste of time and money. What I value more now is comfort , and performance over brand labels. You learn quickly that spending allot of money doesn't gaurantee quality. Most high end garments are made in the same factories as the less expensive lines. That designer label on the front costs so much fo to the marketing, advertising and sponsorship programs. Marketing is about selling a lifestyle and a membership to a group. When my HWK gear showed up it's fit, comfort, quality, and overall condition rivaled anything I have ever ridden and raced in. I have competed in five decades of enduro and harescrambles competition. I have destroyed the best gear in the world, so I know a thing or two about abusing riding gear. If I had only one complaint about the HWK gear it would be to leave the padding out. Let the customer put it in if they want it. Pulling it out is a little tricky. The first impression is always the most important the moment I first put this gear on I knew it was designed by people who ride. I especially like the color choices. Not all riders want black. In warmer weather the lighter gear reflects the sun and helps keep you cooler which extens your comfort zone. The hi viz color is great for visibility in bad weather. This gear is on par with the high end gear when it comes to waterproofing. That is to say, no it won't keep you dry for eight hours in a hurricane while driving down the highway at seventy miles a hour. But for getting caught in a down pour, light rain, and misty mornings it has worked just as well as my expensive gear. What most people don't realize is expensive gear does breakdown over time. Five years from now a one thousand dollar jacket looses it's ability to keep out water. I prefer to buy gear that's just as waterproof and replace it more often. At the HWK price point I can easily afford to do that. Great job HWK! ... show more
