I've had this for roughly six months now and it's held up pretty well, especially with the salt air that we have on the coast. I really love the rake, mine works perfectly and it's heavy duty. I can actually rake parts the large garden bed in the back of my yard, which is also where my medium-large sized dog likes to poop. He has dog friends who come over every week and stay the night or sometimes they stay a week (they are my sister's dogs and the dogs love to be together) they poop back there as well. The garden bed has multiple huge 4-7inch thick piles of mulchy, leafy, pine needley wet yuckyness that is decomposing and turning in to compost. The rake is PERFECT for scooping dog poop out of the leaves and pine straw. The garden bed is also regularly littered with large sticks (1-6 feet/ North Carolina willow and river birch trees.),that fall from the trees a lot due to high coastal winds. The rake can scoop and move around heavy leaf litter even with hidden sticks mixed all in it (1.5ft long sticks maximum). The bucket is petty awesome as well. It has held up to the rain and the other elements for approximately 6 months. I've kept it inside my greenhouse a few times but it mostly stays beside my trash can and my outdoor garden sink. It's definitely rainproof like they claim. The bucket lid works well for me, I haven't had any problems with it, opens and closes great. The clip that clips the rake and bucket together also works great. I always clip them together and learn them against the side of my outdoor sink. Oh and they were also super easy to put together. It didn't take any time at all and I did it without needing and borrowing a mans strength to put them together. I'm sorry for describing everything but sometimes I wish products I was deciding on buying had reviews like the one in trying to write. Now on to the only qualm I and multiple other reviews have..... The bag is not secured well. Some buckets have hooks on the sides for bags to go, this one does not. But.... They give you 20 bags then you'll have to buy more. I'm not buying anymore bags just for this. I'll reuse the plastic store bags and 4 gallon trash bags to scoop the poop. TIP: And a tip for securing the bags inside the bucket: Rubberbands, painters tape, scotch tape, bungee cord, bungee ball, rope tied around it tight or just tie the bag itself on super tight I would have given it a 5 star rating but since there's the bag issue.... I give it a 4.50-4.75 star. If your still reading my super descriptive disorganized, and overly long review then you're pretty awesome... Thank you. I hope this helps someone!

The media could not be loaded. We have been through a bunch of pooper scoopers. This one is definitely the better of the bunch. For one, I like how the handle and rake are metal because the plastic ones were not durable at all. I also like it's size and fits my height perfectly (5'5"). The rake is slightly heavier than others, but it rakes without effort and such ease. I don't like how other scoopers it was annoying to get the poop into the bag. I'm neutral about the comfort and wished the grips were nicer. The assembly was mostly easy, but it doesn't teach you how to put the bag on. Placing the bag without it falling off takes a bit to get used to. I recommend figuring this out because I didn't and I accidentally ripped the bag with the rake. Also the contraption to open and close the disposal is slightly annoying. Overall, I recommend this product. Pros: -Easy to assemble -Metal rake is durable -Easy to use; makes dog scooping quick -Fits my height -Large disposal. Easily filled up the bag with 6 medium dog poops with lots of room -easy to clean Neutral stances: -could be more comfortable but isn't entirely uncomfortable -color; wished it came in different colors Cons: -bag slips if not secured correctly -no instructions on how to secure the bag -bag is flimsy and ripped -closing and opening the disposal is iffy

This has helped me so much cleaning up after our dog. But instead of using the bags that come with it it’s easier to use plastic grocery bags - they have handles so it’s easier to tie them up for disposal.

I’m very happy with this purchase. The rake picks up well. It’s lightweight and easy to carry around the yard. It comes with bags but when l ran out I use my own plastic store bags and they work just fine. This has made a dirty job much easier.

Great for scooping poop I just use it without the bags and then sit it outside facing up. It’s helpful that it has holes in the bottom so if water gets in it it just drains out it’s been great and has been holding up well it just sits outside for us has not shown signs of rust yet if changes, I’ll change my review

This is my favorite popper scooper! I have 2 dogs & I scoop the poop daily. It is easy to use & hold a lot of poop! I tried using grocery bags when I ran out of the bags they sent. Those do not work as well, so I am here to order more bags. This scooper is durable, light weight, & a great value for it’s price!
