    • subtitles difficult to find/activate
I wasn't able to get the subtitles to work when playing this on my dvd player. There's no 'settings' option on the menu, and pressing 'subtitles' on the dvd player remote didn't do anything. However, when playing the dvd on my computer on VLC, I could activate English subtitles via the 'closed captions 1' option under the 'subtitles track' tab. (The audio track is mistakenly labeled 'English'; Closed Caption tracks 2-4 don't seem functional. ) The visual and audio quality are great, and the film is wonderfully weird. ... show more

How do you get to the English language version? It says Ukrainian English on the languages on the exterior of my DVD box, but the menu does not show any language options. In fact the menu does not show any options. Or subtitles?! How do you get to a subtitles menu?
