The boot was just as it looks on picture the material seemed great and the look was what I pictured but it’s definitely regular size calf. I don’t think I have that big of a calf but it did not fit me .

The media could not be loaded. Not being able tow excahnge have to do a refund to be able to . But anyways the boots are super cute just run a little small . I’m a size 7.5 /8 sometimes boots run big but in this case it tight footing in the inside front . I got a 7 . So def need a size 8 . Let’s see

Very happy with my purchase! I was super skeptical to order this not knowing exactly what I would receive. First of all, the description says “snow boots”. I searched and searched and couldn’t find any hunter snow boots that look exactly like their rain boots. I can verify these are not snow boots, they are the original hunter rain boots. Second, the color was listed simply as “green”. Hunter makes these boots in 2 or 3 different shades of green, so I really wasn’t sure which I would receive but I was thrilled to see they are “hunter green” which is exactly what I wanted. I spent weeks reading reviews about whether to size up or size down with hunter boots. I decided to size down. I’m a 7.5 and I ordered a 7, they fit perfect. Of course they are a little tough to get off, but any rain boot is tough to get off lol. I also live in miami and will not be wearing these with any thick socks or anything like that.. bought purely for rain. If you live in a colder climate and plan on wearing thick/warm boot socks with them, I’d probably suggest you size up instead of down. Now for my last point- these obviously came from a retail store as the sticker on the bottom says “wall display”, but they were in perfect condition with zero scuffs or anything like that. I bought these expensive boots as I wanted something sturdy and good quality since I have horses and wear them every day. They developed a crack on the top of the foot after less than 6 months, thus becoming useless. I contacted Hunter hoping they would stand behind their boot and offer a warranty, but they told me they can't help me because I bought them from Amazon. They told me to contact Amazon. Amazon has an excellent return policy but it's for 30 days. They're not required or expected to stand behind the products they sell for more than that. Hunter claims that their boots are high quality but clearly they are not and their customer service is not either. I had a pair years ago which lasted for years but it seems quality has fallen off since then. ... show more

    • Great boots but need half-sizing
Size: 11 Color: Black
I live in Seattle, have a dog and wear these boots every day in the rain and mud -- while also walking on a lot of concrete. (I bought inserts so ease the PSI on the pavement.) I especially like the height of the boot which is 17" -- taller than almost all other rain boots. They also have a slightly higher heel than most rain boots - not much but a little. I like that feature. The downside is I wear a 10.5. While I decided on a 10 (I tried on both an 11 and a 10) the 10 is a might bit snug so I can only wear only the thinnest of socks -- so kind of wish I had bought an 11. If I had one wish, I wish Hunter would make half-sizes. I have only purchased "knock-offs" before and they normally last only two winters before a crack sets in. I will be interested to see if Hunter Boots hold up longer. They look a lot better than knock-offs -- but they also cost 3 to 4 times as much! ... show more
