UPDATE: I was able to contact Amazon and they quickly replied by providing a credit to my card and I do not need to return the boots. I double checked with Amazon and they verified that this was true. The boots are great, and would recommend these boots, as they were well made. However, if you have a way to verify your size for Hunter Boots, I would recommend that so you do not end up in the same situation. I would not say that they are sized small, I just have some very weird and painful feet, so I needed to try a larger size (and my fear is that they will be too big). Love the boots, and was going to return and then purchase another size as they were a bit too small. Not able to return to Amazon so I have been waiting for company to email me the mailing label information. I have contacted them via the problem with order information. Very elegant boots for rain or shine in cold weather. Boots arrive in a heavy duty storage box with red handle. Boots have exquisite detail, no ordinary rubber boot. These definitely elevate any look, dressed up or down. I’m 5’11 and wear a ladies U.S. size 12 but with the U.K. conversion, I fit Hunter size 11 (largest size for women) with room for thick winter socks. I have a pair of these in red. Ordered these black boots and for some reason the calf is super tight and the buckle comes undone all the time . I have small legs too. I need help taking them off.

It just came with regular brown box without any Hunter box or receipt from the Hunter. I am concerned that I bought fake one. But quality is good so far, it doesn’t seem like fake one.
