I've had this for 3 weeks now. I kept hoping some things would get better as I learned more about the phone but now I'm thinking buying this was a mistake. The speaker sounds like an old transistor radio and is not loud. Its just terrible. I mistakenly thought I'd seen a review that said the speaker was great which is one reason I decided to take a chance on this rather than a Samsung like I've had before. Streaming podcasts or radio apps always stall after a few minutes, and you have to restart it or hit the "play" again. It scrolls between different apps or windows alright and I'm liking the stylus for things but overall, I'm having some serious buyer's remorse.     • Cute but pointless
This phone was very cute and resembles the real galaxy s24. However the case measurements are not the same so I wasted my money on a case. The phone does take SOME providers but not all. Wouldnt take verizon networks. Once I finally got a service the signal was horrid, choppy calls,lots of lagging and very slow. I used the same sims card in another phone and it worked perfectly. It's missing quite a bit of features the real s24 ultra has like ai. If you want to get your info stolen just put on the fingerprint unlock that unlocks no matter whose fingers on it. If you are looking for a phone, for taking good pictures, this is not the best deal, not even near. The rest is pretty fine. Maybe for gaming, or working, not for holidays pictures.

Yes, the cell phone was nice and everything, but it was not compatible with my chip and that is why I returned it. and it was moving very slowly and that's why I returned it

    • Nothing about this phone what you say it is.
It doesn't work it's not compatible with any network. The 1 carrier I found that would help me get the phone up and running was Straight Talk but no matter where I was or at it had no signal. So it took several days for a carrier to make it compatible and it did no good. With no signal no matter how much you data or Internet you have it's not going to work with no signal and it sucks. It was supposed to be a new phone and it was not. Still had someone history on it. Not a happy camper. ... show more

OK, Amazon needs to tell the customer before purchasing any expensive item that they give the seller or themself 30 days to examine the return before even returning your hard worked money. This is like a jail broken android. It doesn't support a lot of apps because there's not a real play store .. and it barely gets service off of Wi-Fi. There's no way this is a real android phone. Returned both and went with a Motorola that was cheaper and it works way better.
