This is such a cute candle lamp. I have zero complaints other than the cost. I do feel like it’s a bit steep, but it is unique and you can’t find anything else like it. It seems to be good quality and I love that it has a timer so I can just turn it on and not think twice about it.

I ordered this because I like unique products, not the same thing over and over again, and this candle warmer is nothing if not unique. This reminded me at first, at least online in its picture, of those mushroom lamps people used to have, but this candle warmer is much better designed and made than those lamps ever were. The base of this candle warmer, which, by the way, is dimmable and has a timer, is a pretty round curve of metal that has an electrical cord coming from one end of it, a fact that most of the listing pictures simply doesn't show. There's no base for putting your candle on, as with most candle warmers, and I put a pretty but well used little dish there and put the candle inside it. If you've ever tumped your wax melter over on the kitchen cabinet and had to clean up that mess, you'll find a little dish or whatever for your candle too. You'll also need to keep this out of the reach of children or curious cats or dogs, if there is such a place as out of the reach of cats. Mine came with a milky white glass shade, which also comes in a pretty amber color, but I like the white. A 50-watt light bulb is included, and you'll have to provide your own candles, but that's not a big deal. This is dimmable but can give off quite a bit of light at full power since it has a 50-watt light bulb. I normally keep mine turned down low to make the candles last longer, and I'm not using mine on my desk, it's on the bar in the kitchen where it's out of the way and safe. I'd be the one to bump into the candle here, not my Labrador. I love this unique, beautiful, definitely well made candle warmer, which also gives off quite a bit of light if you want to use it on your desk. Mine has a white "lampshade," which gives off a beautiful milky white light and warms the candles I've used with it very, very well. This has a sleek, cool silver metal base, but you'll need to find your own candle holder to be sure you don't knock over the candle and make a huge mess. This would make a great housewarming gift, and I highly recommend this to anyone who wants a unique lamp/candle warmer that's nothing like any other candle warmer I've ever seen. ... show more
