    • A fantastic low price option
I know this watch is a couple years old now, but I've come to appreciate even more in that time. Some context: this was the first fitness watch I ever bought. I have no idea how accurate it is with tracking/steps/heart rate/miles run etc. I'm only hoping it's at least somewhat accurate. The watch lasted about 2 years before it succumbed to internal water damage from wearing it in the shower pretty much daily. It's $50, so I guess that's to be expected. When it broke I went on the hunt for other somewhat affordable options (less than $100). I bought and had experiences with two other watches: The Garmin Vivosmart 4 and the Samsung Galaxy Fit. During the brief time I had these, I came to appreciate the Band 2 Pro so much more. The first thing I missed was the heart rate warning alert. You can program a BPM limit so that when you work out, if you hit or go over it, it will warn you. The others didn't do that. Second, the overall menu experience and intuitive nature of it, to me, is much better than the others. Plus it has GPS. I like that on the home screen I have instant visual indications of all the important things: Bluetooth connected (or not), time, day/date, battery level and step counter. All on one one screen! Battery life is very good. If you use GPS all the time obviously it will go down quite a bit. I run on average 2-3 times a week and track them with the Band 2 Pro (unfortunately, you cannot turn GPS off during an outdoor run). I probably have to charge it every 5-6 days. But there's another thing I love about it -- it has quick charge. The Samsung took FOREVER to charge. The B2P gets to 70% in under an hour! From there it takes longer to get to 100%, but obviously this is a feature they built in. Conclusion -- I returned both of the others and bought TWO Band 2 Pros, to make sure I had a backup for when the first one fails. I like it that much. It just works, and works well. I didn't realize how much I took it for granted until I dealt with the other two (both more expensive) and hated their user experience and their limitations. Doesn't have many bells and whistles as other trackers, but what it does, it does very well. Best sleep monitor I've found on the market. 4 stars because it lacks some of the useful features on other trackers.

    • Really enjoyed this watch for 2 weeks, then it went on the fritz AND broke in two!
I really enjoyed this product for the first two weeks I had it. It seemed to work well overall. Today, it started vibrating nonstop for no reason for at least 5 minutes. When I went to plug it in for a charge in hopes the vibrating would stop, the charging half of it broke off, and now it’s in two pieces! Would really love a replacement. If it stayed intact I would have been happy with the purchase. ... show more

    • My Band 2 stopped working after three months
I was very happy with this product when I first got it. However, it completely stopped tracking my sleep after about 2.5 months. When I called tech support, I ended up with no ability to use the device at all and because the Band was not functioning, I couldn't access the serial number. Without it, Huawei wouldn't help me. Amazon was kind enough to remedy this to the extent that they could. I would not purchase another from the outside vendor but if you do, please be sure that you keep the serial number somewhere where you can access it later. Huawei does not service trackers which are not from the US and the serial number determines that. ... show more

I have owned and wear 24/7 a Band 2 Pro for the last 4 years. All of the functions work and work accurately! I have replaced the band several times for wear. You can buy new bands 2x for about $7 in assorted colors. When new 4 years ago, only needed to charge every 3-4 weeks and now every 7-10 days. My wife has gone thru expensive 2x Fitbits and a Garmin while my $50 Huawei Band 2 Pro is still working great. ... show more

This is a good smart tracker watch with a qualtiy application to support its functions. However, the band completely snapped apart after just three months of wear. I dont wear it daily, but it is supposed to stand up to a number of fitness activities that would imply some durability. I have requested an exchange for a replacement, but no response as of yet.
