If you’re questioning the quality of this desk you will not be disappointed! Standing desks are the trend right now and rightfully so. Staying on your feet for a couple of quick task always helps me stay more focused and finish quickly compared to sitting down. It’s more ergonomic as well and better for both your health and back. These days no desks are cheap, but plenty are cheaply made, luckily this one stands out well above the rest! The wood used for the desk top comes in 3 parts, two that make up the main desk and 1 that makes up the top shelf. They’re quite heavy and sturdy feeling with no flex or exposed composite wood. The metal is heavy and thick all made of one solid piece with the exception of some good welding on some of the joints. There are silicone pads at many of the connection points also ensuring a secure and sturdy construction once assembled. The only parts that didn’t feel great were the little slats that hold up the top shelf but they do just fine and look good from the front. Overall much higher quality than any other desks i’ve seen in this price range. The motor for the adjustable height is nearly silent, I mean I couldn’t even tell when it was moving except for the number. There are up to 4 pre sets you can save and a few other functions as well. There is a cable management box built into the underside of this desk, two clips for each side to hold headphones, and the two fabric bins. This desk is a bit smaller than my old one but still a huge upgrade. They even thought to give a decent amount of shelf on the back of the desk where you can clamp monitor arms. As for the assembly I will admit it took a little more work than I was hoping. It took me about an hour and a half to build but I was going slow, you could do it faster. The legs and motor assembly are the most difficult part but if you’ve ever built furniture out of a box before it’s all the same. The instructions were very well written with easy to understand pictures and didn’t feel translated. The packaging is even intuitive as you use one of the smaller boxes in the package to prop up the top of the desk as you build it. In every way this desk is high quality. The quality of materials is good and sturdy all around, the assembly is clear and easy to follow, and the motor is quiet. The design is incredibly thoughtful with so many convenient features like the bins, cable management, and headphone clips. You can’t go wrong with this desk and I would highly recommend it if you’re looking for a standing desk that is built to last! ... show more

This standing desk is a great option in the new world of work from home. The material feels durable and looks very nice. Like many things, this is "some assembly required" but even that went smoothly and only took about an hour. The desk arrives in a heavy but quite compact box - probably want two people to move it but its smaller than expected and very well packaged - double boxed and corners throughly protected - there was no damage at all. Instructions were actually very well done - simple steps, well labeled parts and easy to do. You receive an allen wrench for the bolts but need a screw driver for the screws. Everything fit together well - and the end result is a very sturdy little desk (built the 48" version). The height adjustment is very quiet and smooth - there's a slight delay between pushing the button and the desk starting to move but it works well and can save four custom heights for recall at the touch of a button. The "Drawers" on the top section are actually felt trays that slide into the compartments - not exactly what I was expecting but functional - The main top of the desk is made of two pieces - they go together well but there is a seam - this allows the significantly smaller shipping box. The keyboard tray is quite wide and easily fits a mouse on either side of an extended keyboard. In our case, we aren't using it but that's just personal choice. This seems like a lot of desk for the price - the height adjustment works well, the finish is nice, the desk is quite sturdy and it was easy to assemble. ... show more

This desk is really nice. Super easy to assemble. I chose to leave the keyboard tray off because i dont like them but the drawer tracks are all pre assembled. The desk raises well, the buttons are easy. The display is bright. The presets work. Its well built and strudy. The desk top is essentially laminated particle board, prob least quality aspect but still really nice. Worth the 230 bucks (i got the smaller one). ... show more
