Impressive for the price, great so far.

Not sure why there were a small number of neg reviews, I think this is pretty amazing for the price. It came incredibly well packed, the instructions are far better than usual, you get some spare parts. There is a fair amount of assembly, but if you actually look at the instructions, no problem assembling it. Another plus, it's not particle board. Actual plywood, a big plus. Ok, there is one thing that's pretty lame, the 'drawers'. They're really just fabric bins that slide into spaces in the top. Trashed them, the holes they go in are just fine as cubbies themselves. It has some nicely thought out details, like large hooks on each side, underneath. Perfect for hanging cables on. Nicely finished feed hole on the rear of the work area. It goes up a looong way, really can be a standing desk. Goes down to 28", which I find perfect for keyboard height. The little control panel has 4 preset heights or variable height. Not sure how useful it is, but it's cute. All in all, very pleased with this! ... show more

Great value and a good first step into a standing desk

I’m very happy with this purchase. There are four standard height settings, and you can make additional adjustments to reach the exact height you need. This desk does not offer a huge amount of workspace, which may or may not matter depending on the kind of work you do. I’m admittedly a bit of a screen junkie, so I’ve been looking for ways to expand my visual workspace using this desk. Those solutions haven’t been easy to find, but I still have no regrets about my purchase. For the price, this was an incredibly good value. The mechanics work perfectly. The flexibility and small size make this a great option for a shared or collaborative workspace. If you’ve been thinking about trying a sit-stand desk but aren’t sure you want to make a huge investment, I think this is a great place to start. It gives you the flexibility to experiment with sitting and standing without spending a fortune. My one challenge is that I like having a keyboard shelf, and I haven’t yet found an affordable one that fits well because the desk itself is relatively small. Impressive

I bought this to be a compact producer's station in a small video studio, replacing a flat surfaced desk where the monitor profile took up most of its usable space. This desk has a little larger surface, but the second tier and dividers (I don't use the drawers) makes this desk feel larger without taking much more footprint, and therefor immensely useful. I tucked in smaller equipment (such as a docking station) into the divided spaces (where the drawers were supposed to be), wired it up, and THEN attached the flexible black backing, giving a more finished look to the snake-pit of wires. VERY impressed with the fit and finish. Sufficient instructions; sturdy finished product. While I have no use for the height adjustment (set it and forget it), I will say the motor and movement was quite smooth and fun to play with. ... show more

A little wobbly, but overall great

I was able to assemble this desk by myself; instructions were easy to understand. It would have been helpful to have someone help me flip it over, but it was doable alone. It look great in the space. The controls are easy to use and I love that you can set the memory buttons for easy of raising and lowering to your preferred height. It is a bit wobbly, but not terrible. You get what you pay for. The plastic parts for securing the backing on the shelf to prevent the drawers from going too far back were almost all broken so I didn’t even bother putting the backing on. Frankly, it’s up against the wall so the drawers don’t have anywhere to go and I find it’s easier to have the back open to run various cables. Needed a larger desk so I could fit two monitors and my laptop. Works well and looks nice. The two piece top distracts a little bit from the looks of the desk, but I have stopped noticing it. Wasn’t expecting to be able to hear the motor when changing the height of the desk, but you don’t change the height too often and it’s not super loud, so it’s not a deal breaker. The desk feels stable. There is a tiny bit of wobble if you lean on it. I am guessing all standing desks will have a bit of wobble because there are only two points of contact. Unless there is one out there with more than two legs. Didn’t need the drawers, but I liked the idea of having the monitor s raised up from the desk so I chose this one. Turns out the drawers are one of the best features of this desk. Convenient to use and helps keep the desktop free of clutter. Not the easiest piece of furniture I have assembled, but I was able to build it by myself with no issues. Directions suggest having two people for the lifting parts of the assembly. ... show more

Love this! So easy to put together, easy to follow instructions, all screws etc labeled with a letter. The pieces aren't labeled but it's pretty self explanatory. I put it together myself in about 30 minutes last night and using it for work today. Easy to preset and use. Love it. I have 2 monitors, keyboard, mouse, 10ish cords, fan, drink, and several other things on my desk and there's plenty of room. The hooks on the sides come in clutch for the xl ethernet cord and stuff to keep the extra out of the way or whatever. Happy with the purchase! ... show more
