I thought it was going to be smaller so the size was a pleasant surprise. It is built nice and doesn’t feel cheap. The only downside, some joints are harder to adjust so be careful.

I purchased this as a guideline for my sketches and drawing and noticed it is not properly proportioned. This will only help if you want to draw different postures, but the proportions are all off. The problem here is too delicate and if you twist the leg or arm for a post it will get damage real quick. I have to glue the foot together because it kept on breaking down. This is going to be 'perfect' for art decorations and reference, but if you contort the figure for poses, it will surely break down. ... show more

I am not using this for anything serious, just something to put on my desk for me, and others, to play with. For that - I think it is perfect for the amount spent. The only thing with this compared to some that cost much more, is that the ball joints at the hips don't turn to the side. They allow the upper legs to move up and down, but they don't allow them to swing to the side (like you would if you were straddling a horse). Honestly, it's a very minor thing given the price. I highly recommend this for someone that just wants something fun, or even for some arts folks, as long as you don't need the legs to swing from front to the side. ... show more
