Love the clean lines and I have received a bunch of compliments on this piece of furniture. Shipper was great, it was well packed and quick delivery. My only statement is that if you have animals or small children, please secure it to the wall for safety. Love this product! I would highly recommend it! I will post a picture in the near future, but it looks just like the one advertised, only personalized with my stuff. It was a great value and worked perfectly for me. Great unit, well packaged and organized, no damage, easy to assemble, color exactly as in the photographs (reddish warm brown), extra parts and tools provided in case of loss. Box is heavy, but you could open it up and carry each shelf inside individually. Each shelf and metal piece comes with a wrapper to protect the finish and all the holes lined up perfectly. Assembly of two units by one person in about an hour. I put the shelves on when the metal unit was upright, so as not to need to pull the whole thing upright off of the floor. Note: Because baseboards create an offset from the wall, it may not be practical to secure the unit to the wall as directed. To prevent tipping, you may need a method using a wall anchor and a zip tie. One concern - manufacturer should keep the shelves onsite for a couple of days to let the stain chemicals dissipate more. I noticed quite a chemical odor after assembly which required ventilation.

I knew what style shelving I wanted for this space in my office, and found a bunch of options that were $900 or more. I took a chance on this one for a much better price and it was totally worth it. It may not be solid wood or the best quality metal, but for a few books and decor, I’d highly recommend. Came in perfect condition and easily built by myself. Looks very nice and is sturdy too.

I needed a narrow, yet tall bookshelf to optimize a small space in my home office. This was a perfect fit between my desk and the window. The measurements were very accurate. The assembly was quite straight forward, but an extra set of hands could be helpful. The Shelves are very sturdy.

I'm using these as book shelves (bought 2 and placed next to each other). Very sturdy, but at 85" tall I did anchor them to the wall. No issues so far when filled with books. The only negative is that the wood shelves have a strong vanish smell out of the box. I would suggest letting them sit out in a garage or porch for a few days before bringing into the house.

Product was delivered on time and I was impressed with the packaging. Contents were thoughtfully arranged and protected from delivery mishaps. I was pleasantly surprised at this! I can confirm that the shelves are made of real, solid wood. The production process has taken two lengths of wood and glued them together length-wise to form a very solid, attractive, shelf. The included hardware was very well individually packaged and labeled to avoid any confusion with the miscellaneous bolts and other pieces. All hardware was included and each item included an extra, just in case. This included the adjustable foot and wrench to hold the nuts for tightening. Not my experience with other companies and this was another surprise! To those who mentioned/complained about smell of the product upon opening and assembly, the wood stain smell, yep real wood = real stain, dissipated after a day or two. Stain was pleasing to view and evenly applied. Smell was not an issue for me and another pleasant surprise from the crappy vinyl wrapped products or MDF products available. My purpose in purchase was to house large collection of sportscards boxes and I was skeptical of the advertised strength of shelf supports. By my calculation and experience, the shelves are capable of holding what I needed. As seen in my photo, 36 800 count boxes will fit on each shelf, if desired. Other shelf units, including the plastic ones available at box stores, tend to sag. Not the issue here. Only thing I added for my use was the addition of 5” lag screws to anchor unit to my wall to prevent tipping. If the unit was to be used as display unit with light shelf load, the included screws would have been fine. As a heavy bookcase, upgrade the anchor screws to avoid an accident. Excellent product and I would absolutely recommend and, without hesitation, purchase another. Could be my single greatest Amazon purchase in terms of meeting my expectations (and hopes)!

We bought this to be an actual book shelf and to carry multiple heavy books. We were worried that it would not be sturdy but we were proven wrong. It feels solid, is easily carrying the weight of the books . We were able to lean it slightly back for stability because we don't want to drill holes to attach it into the wall. Yay apartment living. But for lighter loads the 5 shelf setup should not even need the lean it's quite stable. It was assembled single handedly by my husband, the room is filled with a pleasant smell of wood varnish and the shelf itself looks gorgeous. So far we are very happy with the purchase.
