The media could not be loaded. The HS Programmable Scrolling LED Sign works great. It's can be bit challenging to set up, but their customer service is available to assist via text message. The display is bright, clear, and perfect for catching attention both indoors and outdoors. Programming messages was simple and the sign runs smoothly. Customer service was also excellent—very responsive and helpful when I had a question. Overall, a great product and a great experience. Highly recommend!

The media could not be loaded. Assembly was simple, took a few minutes. Trying to program. I messed with it for about an hour. I gave up and I called Lucy. She replied about eight hours later because of the time difference. She was very. Kind, but I had already figured out the sign. Customer service was great and offered a few solutions. As I said I had it figured out. The sign is so much better looking than the video. The video is very dull and color is weak, but that is the video. the sign is great. It is bright brilliant just like their pictures show. Looks Great.
