The rice white is more of a creamy white. It has yellowish tones in it. I had to return 8 panels because of the color being "off" You have to wait for approximately over a month to get your account to credited back. Ridiculous because they took the money out immediately. I'm not sure why there is such a long wait to get refunded. So be VERY sure on colors and size. ... show more

As others have noted, the quality of these curtains was really great. Unfortunately I had to send them back because the color was not the same as what was pictured. The picture shows a color that looks basically beige. In case that is confusing to anyone else--don't be confused. Definitely not beige. It's a reasonably light gray. The grout on my tile floor is a similar color...I wouldn't describe it as pale, but it isn't dark either. I was trying it in the evening so my lighting was too horrible for a picture, sorry. I was tempted to reorder the barley color, but was afraid of making another mistake, and just went with a white cotton duck cloth curtain (by another amazon seller) instead. I'm covering windows that are about 100" wide and by putting these panels up I learned that two 50" panels would not have been full enough to look decent, through no fault of the curtains themselves. Just sharing this in case you are in a similar situation. Another reason I went with the cotton duck curtain is that needing four panels was pricing the lovely curtains in this listing right out of the range I was hoping for. I did visit the seller's website (looking for an extra-wjdepanel), FYI, and saw that they do custom sizes and all kinds of special things there, if that is helpful to you. It is more expensive to do it that way, but these are nice curtains, and you'd pay a lot for this kind of quality workmanship, if not the fabric itself at a local custom shop (not to speak ill of the fabric--which I liked). Note that I'm only giving four stars instead of 5 because of the picture being different than the actual product. I ordered these curtains thinking it was two panels, my fault for lacking the reading comprehension and attention to detail as it’s clearly written in the description and item name. I have the IKEA Ritva curtains throughout the main living space of my home and wanted a similar look for our bedroom, however ikea doesn’t ship the Ritva curtain anymore and I’m two hours from a store. All that being said, this curtain is nearly identical to the ikea version, but almost 4x the price 😬 I had already hung my curtain rod based on the height of this curtain so I bit the bullet and ordered a second panel because they are gorgeous, but if you’re near an IKEA save your money!! $29.99 vs $108 for two panels. The curtains do work well with Drapery pins and rings and look very high end, but I was able to achieve the same aesthetic in the rest of my home for significantly less with the Ritva. ... show more

I really liked these curtains. The fabric is good quality and the color as spot on. The only draw back is that the curtains could be a little wider, like 54 inches or 60 inches wide, so when they are drawn back they would have a fuller look.

As many others have mentioned, the white isn't truly white, it is more of a cream color, outside of that, these curtain are wonderful and I'm genuinely impressed with the quality. I bought 4 sets to replace some PB curtains that were far too long for my windows after moving into a new house. I also wanted to go from a more khaki color to white to allow more light in my bedroom and these work great. I will say that they aren't as wide 4-6" shorter, so that is something to consider if you are looking for these curtains to adequately cover up the window. I do not so not as big of a concern for me, but something to be mindful of. If I do need them to cover, I will likely double up otherwise it'll look silly. The curtains are heavy and substantial, not flimsy at all. If you know how to hang curtains, hanging these are no different. All in all, super happy with this purchase, will likely buy them again for other rooms. ... show more
