Description

Our Signature Linen Blackout Curtains feature rich woven textures in great modern colors for every decor!. These heavy linen panels have significant room darkening properties thanks to their 4 pass process blackout liner that stops light and a weighted hem to hang nicely and keep them in place. These curtains have our most versatile header, a rod pocket with back tabs and hook belt. There is a 3" pole pocket in the header and back tab loops that will accommodate up to a 1.5" diameter curtain rod with no additional hardware. Additionally, these panels can be attached to curtain rings from clips or by running an S-shaped drapery pin through the back of the header and hanging the drapery pin through an eyelet on the rings. These curtains are sold as individual curtain panels with no hardware like rings or hooks. For a pair of curtains, you will need to order a quantity of two. I bought these drapes in excursion ivory for my master bedroom and in birch for my sons bedroom. They are complete blackout curtains if you’re looking for something for your bedroom, very thick. Very Satisfied with the quality

The 108 inch drapes are beautiful and look like linen hanging in my bedroom. They are not cheap, but the price point is excellent for what you receive. What makes the purchase tricky is getting the right color. I should have ordered swatches or one panel of anything I thought might work because it took me three tries. I started with the room darkening drapes, but those colors were not quite right for my room. I also decided at that point I wanted blackout instead. These are excellent. They have a heavy liner at the back like in a hotel and the liner is not attached to the fabric, they are separate. The faux linen is a thinner, lighter fabric that gives a lovely drape. I have window ledges and the drapes touch the ledge and block all light bleed at the bottom. Unfortunately, I also have a door in my room and there is light bleed at the bottom of that drape because I chose to hang the drapes higher. To avoid light bleed at the bottom the drapes must hang low enough that the liner touches the floor….the drape must puddle 3 inches. For color referencing, ceiling is ceiling white, trim BM White Dove OC-17, walls BM Revere Pewter. Rods are oversized 1.5 in…excursion ivory is a versatile creamy off white that changes shades depending on light and colors near it, it is very similar to White Dove which is one of Benjamin Moore’s most popular whites. I love these beautiful drapes in my formal dining room. It blacks out light nicely. Upon receipt of your curtains, it will have wrinkles as expected from being folded into its shipping package. To remove the wrinkles, simply place a towel over the curtain and iron the towel -to avoid direct contact of the iron to the curtain fabric. Once ironed and hung, it remains wrinkle-free. The look and feel is nice and I like the texture. But these are absolutely not “Black Out.” The windows shown have blinds that are closed behind them as well. This photo was also taken at 6pm.
