    • They do not honor the Documentation that comes with the ring

The ring comes with a piece of paper that states lifetime free cleaning and polishing. I tried to get them to polish and clean my wife's ring, initially they wanted me to pay for this service, I argued back. They came up with free cleaning but i had to pay $30 for 'polishing'. The phone rep then told me that its 'steam polishing' is free while 'rhodium polishing' is $30 and apparently the paper that came with my ring only mentioned cleaning and polishing which she inferred was 'steam polishing'. Ive never heard of steam polishing in my life so i am dropping my stars to 3. I filed an A-Z guarantee with Amazon due to a lack of service asking for 30% back to get it polished elsewhere for the lifetime of the ring. If i get a full refund as well as keep the ring, that would be a wonderful outcome in all honesty. Houston Diamond District needs to do better. ... show more
