I ended up installing my own hardware to make hanging easier; otherwise it comes with black brackets to attach. This is not real wood, but a sturdy piece. It has some scratches and imperfections and works for farmhouse decor

Decent for the sale price. Sturdy. Comes with equipment to hang. It mimics wood, and that is more evident in person than pictured. However, finding a mirror this size that will do in my entryway at its sale price? Good deal! Thanks Amazon!

I recently purchased the Household Essentials 8111-1 Rectangle Wall Mirror Décor and while it serves its purpose as a mirror, I must say I was moderately impressed with the product. The mirror itself is of decent size and the design is simple, but the materials used for the frame are not the best. The plastic frame feels flimsy and cheap, and I was disappointed to find that the finish on the frame had started to chip after only a few weeks of use. The mirror is also very lightweight, which makes it easy to hang, but it also means that it can easily become dislodged or damaged. I would have preferred a sturdier frame made of higher quality materials. In conclusion, while the Household Essentials 8111-1 Rectangle Wall Mirror Décor does the job as a mirror, the materials used for the frame could be improved. I would recommend this product if you're looking for a simple and affordable wall mirror, but be aware of its limitations in terms of durability and quality. ... show more

This mirror is heavy and very high quality. My one complaint is that the color isn’t cream or white, it’s like a butter color which was awful. I planned on painting it black all along so the color wasn’t a huge deal for me but for those looking for a white or cream mirror, this certainly isn’t it. It was a huge pain to paint as the mirror and carved areas cannot be separated without ruining the back so it took forever to get done. I’m super happy with the end result and have one more to complete now! If only they would make this in several other colors! ... show more

I ordered this mirror on Sunday and it arrived by Wednesday. Unfortunately it was damaged and I asked for a replacement. I received the new mirror by Saturday. I decided to hang it vertically and it took a few minutes to attach the mounting hardware and measure/install two nails perfectly level. Once it was up, I was very pleased. This mirror is made with wooden strips that surround the mirror- where the strips connected was not sturdy. There were big gaps and it looked as if someone had taken a marker to it to hide the scratches. Luckily, this was on the back.
