These fit most wire shelves from Sams club and elsewhere! They are quiet! Roll very easily and seem quite strong. Makes it easy for me to roll them around to clean under and behind them. Also I like to rearrange and it is SO EASY with rollers! I have four sets now on shelves and a sandblaster cabinet. Turns bulky heavy items into a light weight cloud that anyone can move on a hard smooth floor. The stems screw right into wire shelves after you remove the screw in feet they come with. Many newer shelves include castors like these. Measure your screw in feet to make sure the castor stems are the same diameter and thread count per inch!

Smooth and stable. Just as described in the positive reviews. However, the instructions are not for a steel rack. I took off the nut and reversed the washers so the large washer is at the base of the rack... no big deal!

I got the size 3/8-16x1.5 for my chrome wire shelves. I was really nervous that it would not fit because I saw reviews with pictures of the wire shelves with the wheels but no one indicated what size they purchased. I can confirm the size I order fits perfectly with the shelves. Best thing ever and quality is really nice too and it looks very durable. I haven't tried locking the wheels yet but I think it should work fine.

Heavy Duty Stem Caster Wheels M10-1.5X25mm 3 inch So far really nice casters and another big upvote for using them on the Harbor Freight Titanium welding table. They take the table weight with an arccapitan tig welder sitting on it and a bunch of accessories.

I had purchased couple of high velocity floor fans on a pedestal for my shop from Harbor Freight. These things are very heavy and push a LOT of air (sound like an airplane prop when on high speed). I realized that I needed to be able to move these fans around the shop easier than picking them up by hand. Especially for my mom and wife who aren't as strong. There were 4 predrilled holes in the fan base, a perfect spot for some locking caster wheels! These wheels did not disappoint! I ordered 3/8 posts and the holes were 5/16 so I had to drill them out....no big deal. Super easy installation!! Nice rubber on the wheels, not to hard, not to soft so they are quiet and grip. Locking arm is easy to use - a little tight, but it should be!! All in all...a perfect purchase.
