This sat in my cart for so long because I couldn’t wrap my head around the price but after having it for a few weeks I am SO glad I went for it. It is textured yet super easy to wipe clean (my daughter is a professional drooler) and it is beautiful! It is firm yet soft enough for active babies who like to slam their arms and legs, though she took a tumble down her foam slide and bumped her head and it wasn’t quite cushiony enough for that. We got the fawn print that matches the rest of her playroom and is actually nice enough to have in our entertaining space as it also goes well with our home decor. This play mat is good for hardwood floors and my baby really enjoys playing on it. The biggest downside is that it started peeling after a short time, which is disappointing considering how expensive it is.
