Tall, well made, pumpkin head is durable, water resistant, and lights up the ceiling above when activated. (Cool) Animation is loud, same recording but with a variety of sounds in it. It is easily triggered (appropriately not by every little sound). Easy setup in less than a few minutes (stand pole is pushed into one another 4 pieces, base slides in and locks easily. Requires 3 AA BATTERIES. You can use the on/off switch or the little button on the string in front to turn it on/off (photo attached). Activated by sound after turned on. Awesome that it moves and sways wirhout falling over (sturdy stand) only downside is that the head is only lights up when Activated so it can definitely startle people and is fun but I can't just turn it on to stay lit for decor without sound option. Pretty cool for a battery operated decoration, but terribly cheap. Fell over due to the wind and broke off at the mount. Will no longer mount to pole or move correctly. Pretty disappointing.

I am very disappointed with this item. I was excited to receive the items but the very first time I put it up, the stand broke. The look is what I expected. It was easy to assemble. The motion detection did not work. We have to gently shake it. The weight is too heavy for the stand. The stand broke the first time I put it up.

Takes a bit of assembly,not hard, and couldn't find the battery compartment at 1st. It's on the underside of the speaker box along with the on/off switch. Which is actually great,in case of rain. It worked straight out of the box,it is loud and does several hollowing sounds,lights up well. No complaints there. I like it,but I just don't know that it's worth the price. If the stand had been more than a cheap pole on plastic feet,I think id be happier. That is going to take some finaggling to make sure it remains upright and not tip over in any kind of wind. It is not motion detected,it is touch detected,which is disappointing as well,but it states that in the description. (Recommend garden lawn staples and a guy wire of some kind if you're going to put it outdoors. And a cheap rain poncho. )

We were surprised at how much this animatronic did for the price. Love him! We did however, dirty him up a bit since the orange pumpkin head is a little too orange for our taste. So we dusted him a bit with grey spray paint, hung a little more dirty gauze on him, and added an old beat up straw hat to make him look more like a scarecrow.

The media could not be loaded. I put batteries in it two different sets and it doesn’t work and has a piece with glue on it hanging off so not sure if that is why it doesn’t work. I want to return but I have to pay and send it back or how does that work? Cause that’s not fair if I have to pay to ship it back! Edit: received replacement and works great!

The media could not be loaded. Sooo the thing works. There is only and on and off button. I’m really not sure if it’s really motion/ sound activated like it says. I’m still trying to figure it out. Which if it’s not I might not keep it because if it’s going non stop, it’s extremely annoying! It’s not very sturdy, it gets windy here and I bought it for outside but I’m sure it won’t hold up especially since the feet don’t fully go into the base (pictured) . You can’t move it without the feet falling out which is a pain. He’s tall! BATTERIES!!!! The pictures of how to put the batteries in is backwards!! Put the flat end of the battery on the springy thing!! UPDATE: No way this thing is actually suitable for the outdoors. Constantly falling over!!! Changed from 3 stars to 2. I’ll probably have to create a custom base for it to last the season.
