I ordered this to have an alternative color flannel to one of another brand I've owned for years. I ordered the largest size xx. I like my flannel to be loose fitting especially around my upper arms. This shirt, while nice quality, is very snug. If I buttoned it there would be tugging around my chest, and the length of the sleeves is too short for my arms while also being tight near the armpit. I really wanted to love a flannel tailored to a taller feminine body (5ft 9in) but this is not the shirt for me.

This shirt is comfortable and versatile. I liked it so much, I made the mistake and ordered another in a different color. This 2nd shirt was sent from California, to the Austin, Texas Amazon depot, then shipped out to Aurora, Colorado Amazon depot, then shipped back to two different Amazon locations in Texas and I still have not received this 2nd shirt. The irony of this perplexing event is the place Amazon was to deliver said shirt was located just outside Austin, Texas....the first location before it was shipped out to Aurora, Colorado. Make that make some sense? Please note, Amazon won't allow a refund until after their mistake dates have passed. Just a tiny annoyance and a big expensive journey for one shirt. Also, this explains why everything is going up in price and delivery dates aren't met. This was supposed to be a two-day Prime delivery, but missed its mark by far since it has still not been delivered as I write this review. Good luck if you still want one of these great shirts, just know it may go on a mystery journey before it gets to you. Better yet, shop with a local vendor as I should have done in the first place. Lessons learned!!!
