Wow, the company reached out to me after I left the disturbing message about missing pieces and extensions not coming in a box. Please read how professionally and quickly they resolved the problem. #1 A prompt reply to the inconvenience of receiving the damaged product. I'm starting to believe that this error could have possibly been on Amazon's end. Amazon could have received the return of this used product and put it in the wrong bin, not used returns, therefore being put back into stock and finding its way to me. #2 HotBananna went above and beyond my expectations to resolve this unfortunate matter. The company reached out to me immediately and wanted to resolve the issue. #3 They apologized to me numerous times and asked if I would like a new set of extensions to try for my inconvenience. They asked for my address, sent me notifications when they would be shipping them, and to watch for the package. They paid for the extension replacement and shipping costs. I was informed of the shipping tracking number so I could keep track of the package. What customer service, 100% loyalty to their customers! #4 I received my replacement of hair extensions, and being a first-time purchaser with HotBananna I was blown away by the superior quality of these extensions, they exceeded my expectations in every way. The color is point-on, and the quality of the hair is fabulous, with no shedding, or tangling, and thick from the roots to the ends. The clips on the extensions blend in with my hair so they do not show, and they have superior holding power and no slippage whatsoever. This is my second set of clip in extensions ever. Great hair quality, styles and holds easily. Will sometimes hold for up to a week without having to restyle it. Clips hold great with little to no slippage. Blends well. Soft and silky hair.

This hair is soft, nice, and good quality for the price...but one of my 3 clip wefts is a 18 inch, while the rest are 22 inch (I ordered 22 inch) I wish they all came the correct length, but good other than that.

I love it. The color, how it blends with my color. Only thing is that I have to use dry shampoo within a few days just to keep them looking fresh. They can get easily oily or worn out after a few days. I suggest people use dry shampoo, but otherwise its one of my favorite hair extensions so far.
