Wow, the company reached out to me after I left the disturbing message about missing pieces and extensions not coming in a box. Please read how professionally and quickly they resolved the problem. #1 A prompt reply to the inconvenience of receiving the damaged product. I'm starting to believe that this error could have possibly been on Amazon's end. Amazon could have received the return of this used product and put it in the wrong bin, not used returns, therefore being put back into stock and finding its way to me. #2 HotBananna went above and beyond my expectations to resolve this unfortunate matter. The company reached out to me immediately and wanted to resolve the issue. #3 They apologized to me numerous times and asked if I would like a new set of extensions to try for my inconvenience. They asked for my address, sent me notifications when they would be shipping them, and to watch for the package. They paid for the extension replacement and shipping costs. I was informed of the shipping tracking number so I could keep track of the package. What customer service, 100% loyalty to their customers! #4 I received my replacement of hair extensions, and being a first-time purchaser with HotBananna I was blown away by the superior quality of these extensions, they exceeded my expectations in every way. The color is point-on, and the quality of the hair is fabulous, with no shedding, or tangling, and thick from the roots to the ends. I have purchased from this company twice. Product arrived on time and the quality is amazing! I can color, wash and style exactly as I would with my own hair. I have thin hair and I can't do anything with it most of the time. BUT with these extensions, I have tons of options for styling and feel beautiful! The hair blends beautifully with my own hair, the clips are strong/sturdy and keep hair in place and remain flat. I'll be ordering another set to create a thicker look. Overall, I love them!

Hair is okay quality not as bad as cheap wigs, but not great for the price, but my main complaint is the clips need a silicone strip or something because it seems like I have to keep adjusting so the stay in. I've used many brands of clip in extensions. As for the longevity they didn't really last as long as I'd hoped for what I paid for them. They got like doll hair. And I do take very good care and do not hot iron or mistreat the hair. Was really hoping for better quality because I'd heard great things about this brand. Can't say I totally agree. Unfortunately. The color was on thing I did like and thickness was okay. But again the clips staying in and the length of time was able to use not very good for me. Wish I could say better kinda bummed about it honestly because color was great.
