This thing is fun, I'm 250lb and it's very fast! Only things, looking at my picture, what is the red metal piece and bolt for and how to attach the phone holder? The seat is comfortable, something I was trepidations about. The brakes make a weird noise but work very well. Oh and I need to read the manual to figure out how to change to mph. (1) Eco 1st 2nd and 3rd gear is all the same speed .. 19mph (2) Turbo 1st 2nd and 3rd gear is working fine and increased when gears are change. But you have to come to a complete stop then change the gear (3) The front and rear tires are unbalanced makes for a awful 35-40 mph ride .. (4) there was no paper work on the wiring diagram just a small book on operation of the scooter (5) after 9 miles of ringing my Battery was half way depleted I wouldn’t recommend or buy another one! I’m going to try and fix this some how 🫤 ... show more

Let me just start by saying I love this scooter, and although I did end up having a serious problem with it, I would and have recommended it to everyone. It is incredibly powerful, and even a big guy like me on it (6'4", 300+ lbs) can't slow it down! Takes off like a bullet, and sneers at hills other scooters die on. At first I was really happy with this scooter. Sure, half the bolts were shipped untightened, and the lights were a bit janky, but it was really fast and powerful. I was very happy - for 37days. And then the rear drive motor shattered! I was just going down the sidewalk at 10 mph when I heard a clanging sound and the scooter ground to a stop. The entire side of the motor had shattered. I've never seen a break like that before, and was extremely disappointed my new scooter had broken so quickly! But I contacted the seller here on Amazon, and told them what happened and sent them the pictures of the break, and they sent me a new motor at their own expense! I was really impressed they acted so quickly to fix what I'm hoping is a break that was some sort of wierd, one off defect. ... show more

My son ordered this around Christmas didn't recieve until January 29th. He built it charged it and drove it one day. Next morning no power. He reached out to customer support but kept telling him to try different options. All failed now they are sending him another part they say should fix it. The item had an issue coming out of the box and it's not working. But the team is working hard to fix the problem so I can start riding it. Thanks guys if the scooter still doesn't work after the fix job I hope you guys will honor a refund or a replacement since it woulf not be functional? That would only be the right thing to do. And in fact there going to send me a replacement and there really going out of there way to make me happy. I strongly suggest this company to everybody there the best company I ever shopped with and by far has the best custermer service I've ever had to use. But it would be nice if they sent the proper throttle for the original scooter they sent me. They ended up sending me a throttle with a female piece for the adaptor and I need a male piece. It really wouldn't be hard to send me one with the proper adaptor. They said they would be sending me the original throttle and they sent me the wrong one. But I'd recommend these guys to everybody. Thanks for the replacement even tho it's not the same one I ordered HOSYSA! I'd give you guys a 9 out of 10. ⁹/10 I hope you guys will send me the original throttle since you guys said you would I think that would only be fair to send me the throttle or at least one that fits my scooter because I can't find a 60v electric scooter throttle on my own. I'll send the throttle you guys sent me back to you so I can get the right throttle. But please send me the replacement scooter asap because the summer is wasting away. Lol thanks guys ... show more

    • It's a beast.
This machine is powerful and delivers on what it says. I had doubts but no more. I use this to commute 12 miles to work 12 miles back everyday M-F. With 1/3 of battery still left! Yes it does 50. with red button, but at max power remember the battery goes faster!. Complaint if any, is that the light remote is hyper sensitive barely touch it and lights come on lol , and the display is a little hard to see when light hits it. But I can live with that. It's a bad ass machine 🙂 ... show more
