My mother had a stroke and lost mobility on one side of her body. After she was discharged from the hospital, her insurance only covered a standard bed, which nearly destroyed her back. This bed has been a game-changer. It offers incredible features—it's sturdy, height-adjustable down to just a few inches from the floor, which is a great safety feature and makes caregiving much easier from higher working positions. Customer service has also been excellent: professional, responsive, and consistently helpful. They’ve always addressed my questions within a day or two. The bed’s design feels more like a piece of home furniture than a clinical hospital bed, blending nicely with our home décor. The only issue have is that the footboard is a bit too thick to hang the electronic component for a pressure-alternating mattress, but that’s a minor inconvenience. Overall, I highly recommend this bed for its value, functionality, and outstanding customer service.

This bed is great. It was easy to put together and has worked great since we received it. We love that it doesn't look like a hospital bed but functions like one. The motor is quiet and movement is smooth. It has been great for daily care of our son and still lets him transfer out of bed without us lifting him.

This hospital bed has been wonderful. We have had it in use for almost 2 weeks and has made things great for our family member and the people helping to take care of her. In the evening when alone, the bed is lowered to the ground for safety reasons. It then can be raised to the height of the wheelchair for easy transfer to and from chair. It can be raised high for care taking reasons as to not burden anyone's back from bending. It also does not look like a hospital bed which is nice. The railings are perfect, not to high to feel like you are in a crib and not too low so they dont work. They easily fold sideways into the bed which is really nice because they can be placed all the way down even when the bed is next to the floor.

Very nice bed. Assembly was easy and we only needed a screwdriver. It is fully electric with all the settings that would be needed. It is aesthetically nice to look at, and looks like a normal bed. One thing, don’t forget to order a mattress. It doesn’t come with one.

A little daunting to put together, but when it was finished, we were happy with it. Our only nit is the attached tray. It could be a tad sturdier and more level. Nonetheless, not a dealbreaker. The bed is exaclty what we needed. One star penalty for the poorly written instructions and tray table.

Absolutely Love This Bed! After an unexpected 3-day hospital stay, I realized how essential a hospital bed would be for my wife. She has MS with severe mobility issues, and a traditional hospital bed just didn’t feel right for our home. We’re young, and I wanted something functional yet not cold or clinical. This bed is perfect. Honestly, the best part is that it’s sleek and stylish! It blends right into our home without screaming “hospital bed.” The gray fabric and design make it feel less stark, while still giving us all the medical functionality we need. My wife says this bed saved her life. Before, she slept in her recliner (the same chair she sat in all day) because getting into bed was too hard. Now she can stretch out, rest properly, and feel comfortable. Life has completely changed for the better. As her caregiver (and wife), it has also made my life so much easier. I never wanted that hospital emergency, but it was a blessing in disguise because it showed me how critical a bed like this really is. Thank goodness we found Armonyo! What We Love: Beautiful design – it doesn’t look “medical” at all Gray fabric ends look modern and fit well in the home Side arms/racks are practical and easy to use All bed functions work great: head, legs, full height adjustment, tilt Tilt feature is a lifesaver – helps me reposition her when she can’t move herself Leg adjustment is perfect for her legs Remote is simple and hooks onto the arm rack Much easier for me to help her dress or clean up if needed (especially with the height adjustment) Remote is simple and hooks onto the arm rack Mattress is very comfortable and supportive Sturdy with a great weight capacity Wheels lock/unlock easily, making it movable but stable Reasonably priced for everything it offers Customer service is outstanding (quick replies, thoughtful follow-up when I shared my feedback after their inquiry, even sent a surprise pillow gift!). I trust the company and love the product even more based on their service. What Could Be Better: The side table wasn’t useful for us since it moved when adjusting the bed. We removed it but kept the pole, which is still great for grabbing. Insurance didn’t cover it, but that’s not the company’s fault—most policies only cover traditional hospital beds. Even so, I still feel this was worth every penny. A side-to-side tilt feature would be helpful for repositioning, though that might be asking a lot! She is 5'9" and her feet touch the ends of it so I need to adjust her often. Perhaps a longer bed would be helpful but we make it work and still glad to have it. Extra Tips: If you live in an apartment or condo, pay extra for delivery—this bed is heavy! I needed friends to get it upstairs. Assembly was straightforward (a handy friend helped, and he had no complaints about the instructions). Overall, this bed has transformed our lives. It’s beautiful, practical, and makes caregiving so much easier. We are truly grateful we found it and highly recommend it!

We bought because it’s ‘sturdy’ and it does not disappoint. Description was very good and lead to purchase. Quiet operations and aesthetically very appealing in our living room. Low air mattress (bought separately) fits perfectly to frame. Easy to assemble. I recommend following short version instructions book. Remote extra large but a little cumbersome. Would recommend to others without reservations.
