The item was delivered fast, unloaded and left inside the garage. Assembly was easy and required two person only. Material (steel frame) is heavy and looks reliable. The bundle mattress is soft and comfortable. Fully satisfied!

Let me tell you that the Armonyo bed has been absolutely perfect. My mother was brought to our house and all I had when she was dropped off was a recliner chair. She was unable to support herself. I would hold her up and my wife would bath an change her clothes. Within a few days, we received our Armonyo bed. It made such a big difference in our lives. She also went on Hospice care shortly after we bought the bed. We received many compliments about the Armonyo bed. My mother has since passed away and we donated the bed to a facilities that provides services for people in need. They also complimented us on how nice a bed the Armonyo bed is.     • Great for a severely injured young Man
We have gotten more compliments on this hospital bed. It serves all the purposes we needed. It fully operated up and down with the leg and head being adjustable as well. It looks less like a hospital bed in the room making it better for a 19 yr old male. The color is nice. The footboard alllwed is to secure his foot with wedges to keep it upright to avoid foot drop.. we were able to attach a trapeze unit to it for him to move himself and relieve pressure from being stuck in one position. We did replace the mattress to a Purple after trying an air mattress and gel overlay. This was not about the bed but because of my son’s injuries. The table that attaches is on the small side so we did end up purchasing a hospital table here on Amazon. This worked well for us given how young my son is and his need to feel as normal as possible while rooting to recover from a severe accident. The Lurple mattress makes it a little tight when the rails are up but it is working for us. The only downside is if you use an air mattress you can hang the unit from the foot of the bed with the footboard. We had to place it on a stool we added to the foot of the bed. The ability for the entire bed to go up and down has helped save my back for care and made transfers easier for him in and out of his wheelchair. Overall the bed has been functional, easy to use, and comfortable once we changed the mattress. Again that is about his injuries. I can’t comment on the mattress the bed came with. His injuries are beyond severe and extensive. Would buy again if I needed a bed. We have tried to keep as much of his dignity in tact and make his room look as normal as possible for when he has visitors. Absolutely Love This Bed! After an unexpected 3-day hospital stay, I realized how essential a hospital bed would be for my wife. She has MS with severe mobility issues, and a traditional hospital bed just didn’t feel right for our home. We’re young, and I wanted something functional yet not cold or clinical. This bed is perfect. Honestly, the best part is that it’s sleek and stylish! It blends right into our home without screaming “hospital bed.” The gray fabric and design make it feel less stark, while still giving us all the medical functionality we need. My wife says this bed saved her life. Before, she slept in her recliner (the same chair she sat in all day) because getting into bed was too hard. Now she can stretch out, rest properly, and feel comfortable. Life has completely changed for the better. As her caregiver (and wife), it has also made my life so much easier. I never wanted that hospital emergency, but it was a blessing in disguise because it showed me how critical a bed like this really is. Thank goodness we found Armonyo! What We Love: Beautiful design – it doesn’t look “medical” at all Gray fabric ends look modern and fit well in the home Side arms/racks are practical and easy to use All bed functions work great: head, legs, full height adjustment, tilt Tilt feature is a lifesaver – helps me reposition her when she can’t move herself Leg adjustment is perfect for her legs Remote is simple and hooks onto the arm rack Much easier for me to help her dress or clean up if needed (especially with the height adjustment) Remote is simple and hooks onto the arm rack Mattress is very comfortable and supportive Sturdy with a great weight capacity Wheels lock/unlock easily, making it movable but stable Reasonably priced for everything it offers Customer service is outstanding (quick replies, thoughtful follow-up when I shared my feedback after their inquiry, even sent a surprise pillow gift!). We removed it but kept the pole, which is still great for grabbing. Insurance didn’t cover it, but that’s not the company’s fault—most policies only cover traditional hospital beds. Even so, I still feel this was worth every penny. A side-to-side tilt feature would be helpful for repositioning, though that might be asking a lot! She is 5'9" and her feet touch the ends of it so I need to adjust her often. Perhaps a longer bed would be helpful but we make it work and still glad to have it. Extra Tips: If you live in an apartment or condo, pay extra for delivery—this bed is heavy! I needed friends to get it upstairs. Assembly was straightforward (a handy friend helped, and he had no complaints about the instructions). Overall, this bed has transformed our lives. It’s beautiful, practical, and makes caregiving so much easier. We are truly grateful we found it and highly recommend it! ... show more

Cutting to the chase, would I buy this bed again? Without hesitation, YES. My wife had suffered a compound fracture of her right ankle and was in need of a bed where care could be more easily rendered as she recovers. A bed that could go up and down and all around, in essence, a hospital bed. Checking Amazon and checking reviews, this Armonyo bed checked all the boxes. To me it appeared to be well designed and looked like anything but a hospital bed. Put it in a guest room and most anyone wouldn’t know the difference. In addition to this bed, I also got the mattress which Armonyo offers. This mattress fits this bed as though it was made for it (coincidence(lol)). So far this seems to be a comfortable arrangement for my wife. Initially my next-door daughter thought she could be mom’s nurse, so we had the bed delivered there. Paid a few extra bucks to have the bed brought into the house at delivery time. Trying to handle 240+ pounds might have made me a candidate for this bed. In hindsight I could have had the delivery dropped at the doorstep and then bring everything in piece by piece as it’s not one assembled unit. Assembly, thanks to a video and to written instructions was remarkably simple. Unfortunately daughter playing nursemate to her mom only lasted a couple of days and then it was a matter of moving everything home next door. Disassembly was a piece of cake and daughter lugged everything over while I held the door, that’s called teamwork. This time assembly went much faster. As my wife’s ankle healed her cognizance started showing signs of going south and she became too much to handle, one old person caring for another doesn’t work well, so off it was to an assisted living facility. Again, disassembly and assembly of bed required. The only reason I mention this is to show how simple it is to move this bed. The staff at this assisted living facility had very positive things to say about this bed which reinforces my decision to have gotten this bed as I’m sure they see a number of other brand beds.
