I ordered this for a bathroom remodel. When it arrived the box it was in was beat up pretty good. I opened it thinking it was broken or damaged somehow. I was surprised to see it was all good! I installed and it works great! I love the mirror and size. The dimmer is a great feature because the "high" or bright setting is so bright you can really stay in the room with it! It is bright! The touch feature works as expected and I love the controls. It has an anti fog function as well but I won't really use this as its in a half bath with no shower. The touch power buttons are red when not in use. I like that so if you walk into a darker room it's easy to see where the power is located. I will update again after we use the mirror for some time.

Very well made mirror. I recently completed a bathroom remodel and one of the contractors suggested I get an LED mirror over the vanity. I hadn’t even considered it previously, but began doing research and settled on this product. First of all, it was very well packaged/shipped and delivered on time. I would recommend having an electrician install it, unless you are already very well versed on wiring. The electrician I hired hardwired it and mounted it alone, so I guess it’s not necessarily a “two person” job. The mirror is high quality and just adds an overall classy look to my bathroom. The LED light on the mirror isn’t enough to be the primary light for the bathroom, even at its brightest setting, but it’s perfect for personal grooming and adding ambiance to the room. I love the dimming feature. I cut my own hair, and whether I’m doing that, shaving or trimming my nose hair, the LED light makes it all easier.

First one came all cracked. Not the sellers fault, it was FedEx. Second one came and i installed right away. I did not find any plug in cable but wired with the light above the mirror. It does turn off from the touch screen. The dim feature works too. So does the fog function. When restarted from the light switch it comes back in which ever position it was left. So far a great product. I will update on longetivity .

My husband and I bought 3 very large mirrors. Though 2 of the 3 arrived broken we returned them and they were replaced very quickly. Now our mirrors are up and they are gorgeous. They really set off our master bedroom remodel. They are pricey but are worth it. Classy, elegant and a bit extravagant. Love them.

Mirror is sturdy, but for almost $700, I expected a bit better quality in the reflective material department. The spots in the pictures are not dust. They're pinholes in the reflective material. The heating pad (really, there's a heating pad glued onto the back of the mirror (does not cover the whole mirror, just the center), seems to work fine in keeping that part of the mirror from fogging up.

Gave them 5 stars as the quality of the product looked good, however, i had to return it due to, what looked like to me, not very good or sturdy shipping box. Guess the shipping company dropped it on the corner and the mirror arrived cracked. Easy, no hassle return.

Definitely takes two people , the mirror is very fragile, one corner did not have the plastic guard and ended up with a slight chip which I was able to glue back in place. I think that it is very expensive for the product and not sure how long the life cycle will be and how to fix if the lights go out. Not like I can just remove from the wall and add a bulb.

I love this mirror. It's plenty big and looks nice. The fact you can change the light intensity is awesome! I had contractor install it. I am sure this was out of my league, especially cutting thru marble on the wall and connecting to the electrical line.
