Shredded memory foam doesn't hold its shape. You will wake up with the pillow flattened beneath your head. I even compressed a queen-sized into a standard cover and case, trying to firm it up, but it didn't fix it. Sad. Would be great for back sleepers, but not for a side sleeper looking to avoid pressure points and cricks in their neck. ... show more

It was recommended to me to buy this pillow and I have been looking for one to support my head - I'm a side sleeper with a missing disc in my neck. This was way too soft even attempting to "fluff" it up. I wanted this to work but it didn't.

Tried it last night. The memory foam flattens out after a few hours and you are sunk in the middle with foam at your ears. They say you can remove or add fill. They don't give you extra fill. It was comfortable for about an hour. My pillow needs more fill. Sending this back unless they send me fill to try. Go to a store that sells pillows and compress them to see how far it goes. ... show more

Product is low lift and not firm. After airing out from dense packaging, pillow can easily be flattened. Will have to roll pillow to be able to side sleep as any pressure reduces size dramatically. It raises my head quite well and doesn't deflate. However I think I roll over less because it is so firm and it takes more effort to turn over. Some mornings I feel that it is hot but I'm not sure if the pillow is to blame or the temperature of the room. This pillow is not comfy enough for me to ignore the strong chemical odor. It smells very toxic and not good to inhale--awake or asleep. I don't recommend getting this pillow at all. Last time I will be ordering a memory foam anything.
