Easy to install, durable finish, bright led lights. I was rear ended and it crushed my OEM bumper so I purchased this one as a replacement. In a fit of bad luck I was once again rear ended (neither were my fault, but people do not pay attention/lack spacial awareness). The second time the Hooke road bumper did not even had a scratch. Very impressive.

Bumper is very nice and well made. Since there was no instruction manual with it you might want to seek some mechanical help with installation. For me it was not bad as I have experience. I was able to lift it myself for final installation and I am 75. Would have been nice if the bumper would accept the factory license plate lights . There were no clip in license plate plastic nuts as stated with the listing. You also will need electrical knowledge to wire in the flood lights to your factory backup lights

This bumper is perfect for someone looking for quality at a decent price. Installation is so easy, and instructions are clear; unlike most products. As long as you’re handy with a tool, you can install it.

Why two star you ask? Fitment is bad. Look at the pictures. Passenger side is “okay” but the drivers side is not. It is short by 3/4 of an inch. It does not follow the body lines. I emailed Hooke Off Road what happed. They said it was within acceptable tolerances and offered me $40 for my trouble. I wanted to return it. But they said I have to pay for shipping back to TX. That alone would cost half the cost of the bumper itself. Also. Be prepared to spice into the wire harness for the license plate light. I assumed it would be plug-n-play, but it is not. I know Body Amor and several others are plug-n-play. I just wished Hooke would have put in the description they wore splicing is necessary for function. The $40 they offered my trouble is insulting. It does not make up for the poor quality control. They should stand behind their products. $40 barely buys lunch for two nowadays. I now know why others knock Hooke products. If they at least stood behind their products they would have a better reputation.

all you need to install this bumper is a block of wood and an 8 lb sledge hammer, It fits real tight and is a lot better than the original stock bumper. It would be nice to include plugs for the sensor holes, it would be cheap and save the user a lot of time hunting for some.

Box arrived ripped open on both ends with no mounting hardware no no installation manual and the license plate light floating freely in the box and smashed by the bumper.when I contacted Hooke on the matter they want me to jump through hoops and prove to them that I didn't get the stuff before I can get the rest of what I have already paid for. They are not making me feel like a valued customer they're making me feel like a thief that's trying to get some free nuts and bolts from some company.
