I am so pleased with this cane! I use one every now and then for walking long distances or when I might be on some uneven ground and need a little bit of help with my balance. I have had problems in the past with Keynes not being tall enough, especially the kind that folds up and stores in your pocketbook. And speaking about storing this cane, it comes with a very nice black nylon pouch to keep it in when not in use. I really appreciate being able to keep that pouch in my bag and being able to put the cane away when I don’t need it so it’s less noticeable. I am 5’11”, and this cane is adjustable to fit me perfectly. I do have it on the longest setting, but the cane is still very secure, and even has a little piece that you twist tight around it so it stays secure and doesn’t wobble. This cane can also stand on its own, which I find is a very nice touch, but some thing I don’t really do with it very often. I do like that the part of the cane that touches the ground is much larger than the average cane, but it’s not so obvious the difference like a cane with the 4 feet on it would be. The purple is a nice, vibrant color, and the cane’s finish is very even and nice looking. The “T” handle is very grippy and nice, and should fit a wide variety of hand sizes easily.

I recently threw my back out and was in need of a cane and it took me a while to acquire one without having to purchase. I literally had to use the handle on the cane to wrap around my door jamb so I can pull myself up off the bed. It hindsight it's very rough on your cane handle especially if it is made of wood. I learned this the hard way. So seeing this purple cane I thought well it's better to have one around than not to have one at all as I am getting older and throw my back out was just from a sneeze... So you see where this is going. I like the fact that it is adjustable to many different heights. It does snap out and fold into a very small 8 in and it has its own bag in which to carry it. The base is a very wide yet cushiony boot but I really wish it had an interchangeable so I could give the boot more feet. Regardless, I have it on hand in case of emergency and I can use it in the fashion I described. This will not destroy the cane in any way. It's small enough to store away for those in case of emergency things so I would recommend this type of cane and hopefully the durability will last a long time. In other words I hope I don't have to get another one...ever.

The Honeybull walking cane is being used by my husband who has pain and weakness in his legs due to medication. It's attractive, and well built. He has no trouble adjusting the length or using it on hard walking surfaces. His only problem is the handle, which is why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5. His hands and fingers are large, so his index finger must wrap around the cane causing an uncomfortably, sharp rub. He'll probably try to add some tape to the joint so smooth it out. The picture above shows the joint in question. Other than that, it's a good product for those who need a little assistance. Recommended

I recently had hip surgery and have my first experience using a cane. I ordered several from Amazon and picked out one I've been very happy with. Then I saw this cane that looked similar and less than half the cost of the more well-known name brand cane and decided to order it since my husband is likely to have hip surgery soon and we might need a second cane. I noticed that it collapsed like my favorite cane and hoped it would do as a second cane. Well, it more than 'did'! It looks and feels like the first cane. It has a specially advertized tip, but it did not feel different from my first cane's tip. Both collapse easily -- you just tug on the top portion and it suddenly collapses and folds into 4 connected pieces. This cane has one advantange over my first more expensive can: the strip of material that holds the collapsed pieces is permanently attached to the cane for ready use. The first cane uses strip separate from the cane - and you know most people, me included, would be likely to have no clue where that strip was when the need arose. My photo shows the first better known name brand cane next to this Honeybull cane. I would buy this one instead of the better known cane and have the same or better function at less than half the price.

My brother recently had his knee replaced and he told me I should probably get a cane ahead of time since I will probably need it after the knee replacement. I ordered this cane since it was only $14.99 and seemed pretty useful. It’s collapsible and comes with a nice storage bag, but I don’t think I’ll use it since I probably won’t bother collapsing the cane. The description says it is for someone up to 6’5” but the cane itself says the highest setting is for someone 6’4”. Not a big deal, but something to note. I’m 6’2”, 240lbs and I feel totally comfortable with this cane. The “foot” is nice and wide compared to canes I’ve seen before, and it has a nice grip on the bottom. The cane is light and feels very solid once assembled. There is a wrist strap that doubles as a strap to hold the cane together if you decide to fold it up. For $14.99, I think this is a great deal and I would absolutely buy it again if I ever needed to.
