On the very last day I went shopping inside of a real grocery store back in March of 2020 most of the shelves had been stripped of food. I purchased a jar of white honey because that was the only sweetener available that day. All the amber honey and real maple syrup was long gone. That little jar of white honey, my first time trying white honey was soooo good. Much mellower flavor if you use honey in baking. It's sweet without being overpowering. I rate this honey high in good value. It is a very large jar. It isn't quite as yummy as that other brand that shall remain nameless. But it IS better than amber colored honey. It is more expensive than getting amber honey so if you are not sure if you think it's worth it buy a smaller size first ... show more
