Just an update since I've had the rug down for a while: I positively love it. The slickness is not AS slick as it was and it vacuums beautifully! It's heavy enough that the vacuum doesnt get caught on it and move it around. I'm changing my rating to a 5 and am thinking about getting another (smaller) one. I want to give this rug a 5 star because I absolutely love it! It's exactly what I wanted and it seems to be better quality than I expected for the price. All that being said... It IS one of the softest rugs I've ever felt. It's got a higher pile than expected, almost shag-like. IT hasn't moved at all even without a rug pad under it. Now the reason for a 4/5. It's slick to walk on! Not like smooth but more like be super careful in sock-feet or non-treaded slippers slick. As you can see, it takes up almost my entire room (purposefully) but running in there to grab something is a little dicey. As a smaller accent rug I think this rug would be awesome. As a full room rug, you need a bit of traction. Or maybe that's just me. ... show more

Nice rug! Great price. You will definitely want to air it out for a day or two, I put mine outside overnight, and the strong smell was completely out the next morning. 😁 Would purchase again.

When the delivery came I was expecting a large rug rolled up..instead it came vacuum sealed in this little package. Amazed they could do that. I was thinking it was going to be a plush shag carpet, but it’s more like the feeling of a stuffed animal hair or something. It’s soft, but not the texture I like in a rug. Plus, it is very hard to vacuum, because it’s thin and gets sucked up inside and you have to keep pulling it out of the sweeper 😑 ... show more

Love this rug. We wanted something on the fluffier side at the front door. It’s has a slip resistance grip on the bottom so it stays in place. It’s not as fluffy as the picture show but it is a nice rug and we are happy with it. I would buy a runner if they offered it.
