Wife and I wanted an alternative to plastic plates that we all normally eat on and searched this particular product and noticed it’s made from wheat fibers and food grade PP which is 100% BPA free and non-toxic. This is a huge plus, especially on your dietary which keeps you from consuming microplastics into your body. These plates are deep to prevent food from sliding off, we enjoy the earth tone colors. We love these plates. Nice deep sides keep even saucy foods contained and no dripping or slipping off sides. Lightweight and great in microwave and dishwasher. The 11” are huge! The 9 inch are too small for dinner. Wish these deep dish style came in 10”, which would be perfect. Oh, well, the 11” work fine. We are older adults and we’re tired of handling heavy dinnerware.
