This shelf is much sturdier than it would seem based on the photo! I have 5 kids aged 3-12yo and keeping up with laundry, let alone folding and sorting it, is a full time job. The drawers get so messy no matter how often I sort and its a losing battle, especially since I live in a small home with only 1 closet in the laundry room and the dressers take up so much space in small bedrooms. Enter this shelf- the 20 cube version - each of the kids has a column, with 3 bins for clothes, the bottom for shoes/sandals/slippers, and a bin for misc stuff I find while cleaning. I dont bother folding at this point as I know as soon as a kid decides to use it, they're digging to the bottom and the fold is gone anyway. I let the kids sort it instead. They can toss in based on the label (these are chalkboard labels from dollar tree!) and the color of the bin (also from dollar tree, the 11" ones) denote who the column belongs to (age order for ease of remembering). So far the kids love it, its right by my front door so shoes get kicked off and stashed right away and I'm able to rotate out clothes for the weather easily without spending 3 hours going through different dressers. It was easy to put together, its light enough to move if I need to, and does the job I need it to do. I will mention that the graphic for the 5 wide, 4 tall configuration is very wrong in the dimensions, which makes sense if you think about each cube being roughly 11-12" wide, the final length is just under 5', no where near the 37" that shows on the graphic. To the right it does give correct dimensions of 60x48 but if you're just clicking through the pictures you might not see that. Just an fyi! I love this so much that I plan on getting more of these to store toys, stuffed animals, board games, etc in the future as well as maybe one for my laundry room for overflow and linens. ... show more

I bought two of these and put them both together in one night. Simple to put together. I found that each tier I worked on I had to go and put weight on the corners to get it all to pop into place (I also did on two other sides while pressed against the ground) and used the zip ties especially in the middle sections, tight and clipped off the excess. Doing that made it much sturdier and cleaner appearance. I like the look, the only thing I didn’t care for were the plastic pieces in the corners can pop off when I moved it and hit a door frame. It’s not a huge problem because I could just pop back on but I wish there were a better way to secure those into place. All in all a functional and decent looking product. ... show more

My life will never be the same! This little shelf is so strong! It holds so much. Even when you pack it where it’s overflowing sometimes, it holds! The assembly time was pretty normal. It is very well made compared to the 5 other ones that I’ve thrown away. This one is staying and i love it!

Day one of full use, so I’ll update if necessary . It seems sturdy. It was relatively easy to put together. Takes a little strength but not too much; but enough to ensure all the parts are snapped and locked in place. I needed extra storage in my room as off out grown my closet. I didn’t over fill my shelves I tried to evenly distribute the weight. This seems like it will be perfect and didn’t break the bank. I purchased 2 6pc. It has a bit of an odor, I’m hoping it goes away. I let some of it sit for a few days, and some parts set for a day before I used it for the smell. Like a material/chemical type smell. (The angle of the pic is not the best, it’s not leaning 🤣) ... show more

This product isn’t horrible but it’s also not great. The quality of the walls are like the cheap school folders. A little hard to put together. Very lightweight.
