I ordered this Homemate goose down comforter for my son for his bed. He likes the neutral color, which can work well in any room. I am showing it laying across our livingroom couch to give you an idea of the size. It would look beautiful on a single bed. It would also look nice as an extra blanket for a bed in the winter. It is lightweight but surprisingly provides some weight when it covers you, if that makes sense. The washing instructions are simple and it seems as if it is easy to take care of. I am amazed at how wonderful this comforter is. It’s the perfect weight. I don’t like blankets that make my feet feel like I’m a ballerina. I want them to not be weighed down. This comforter is so warm and cozy & soft. It was all I could do, to put it in a duvet cover because I wanted that softness against my skin. I have owned many comforters and this by far is my favorite. I’ve since ordered one for the guest room and one for my son. I know they’ll love it. Ordered the Cal King in Gray… it’s a very light gray. I was skeptic. The price was too good to be true…. But wowza! It is fluffy, soft and warm and cool when it needs to be. We live in the Midwest and it’s literally -9 out today, the husband is usually a popsicle and I am a heater…. I wanted a down insert and this has been perfect. I thought I was going to initially have to put it in the dryer to fluff all the way but shaking and giving it a little time worked fine. I tend to use multiple blankets in the winter to keep warm and with this I just use a sheet and blanket and it keeps me comfortable. I love the weight of it as well….not too heavy and not too light. it could be a bit more filled but with a duvet you can not tell - its very warm and very soft ! AMAZING quality and pretty perfect for the price - I gave it 4 stars because I DO feel as if it could have been a bit more filled. But overall im extremely happy with this purchase !
