This is my first day using the product. The UV bulb burned out within 2 hours of use. On the plus side customer service was willing to replace the bulb at no extra cost. I like everything about this unit. Automatic sensor if you want that hands free air purification that you don't have to think about. The quiet setting is super quiet. I prefer the next setting up which adds a bit of "white noise" which helps me sleep. Remote control included is also a nice perk. The only negative would probably be having to buy filters, but I've tried filterless units and sometimes the cleaning is more work that you really want to do.
