I purchased the set in September 2021. It has had its fair set of use. However these knives are painted black and that black coating begins to flake off and get into your food. I can’t imagine this being healthy for anyone. I finally retired these knives today and got knives that don’t have any kind of coating on them. One Knife also entirely chipped at the end as you can see. I like the idea of these in theory and appearance but after you begin to use them I don’t think these are the best choice. Update they refunded me for the item since it was defective

Customer Service is great. I wasn’t to happy with the knife set I purchased because none of the knives were sharp and I sharpened a couple to see if it would make a difference. Pro - Nice anesthetic display Comes with knife sharpener and scissors Customer service seems to genuinely want to make sure you like the product and if not you can return the item and get a refund. Cons - You can only take out the knives by pulling up or at an upward angle. If most of your counter space is under a cabinet you may struggle pulling out the knives Knives aren’t sharp Overall if you divide up the cost per knife by 17 it’s under $5 each + scissors + knife sharpener it’s not a bad deal. I’m sad it didn’t work out but I appreciate customer service reached out to me to see what they could do.

I LOVED these knives and truly continue to love them but I wouldn’t purchase again. They look exactly like the picture and are pretty great until you use them for a little, we bought these when we had to move in unexpectedly and they truly did not disappoint. We’ve dishwashed them and I use them frequently since I cook often, but they’re starting to chip away at the paint which can’t be healthy for anyone. If you could afford to wait and buy a good set of knives then do that to save the hassle! if not than these are perfect they’ve lasted me this long but I just can’t see them being knives for daily use and wash

The pieces feel lightweight. The cut is nice and clean. Almost lost a finger or two here and there, but I'm afraid the quality I hoped for is not there. It looks cute though. Too bad my cabinets keep getting in the way.
