As someone who is tall and small, it’s hard to find wrap-around weights that fit my bony ankles, but these work! I like to use them for my yoga and walking sessions. For longer wear, I do recommend wearing something underneath as the rubbing still will get you after a bit. I have not tried these on my wrists for arm exercises, and bought them primarily for my leg exercises; therefore I am not qualified, if you will, to rate the sizing for my wrists. The Velcro is hefty and works well for keeping the weights in place. The weights are easy to slide around on the Velcro to adjust how they’re balanced, and they are easy to wipe clean. I have 3 differents sets of these type of wrist /ankle weights ,see pics. As for wrist /ankle weights go----> these come in 2nd place tied with black model as far as comfort , they aren't uncomfortable, its just that the triangle pair is a tiny tad more comfortable. It has to do with the thickness of the individual weights and shape,see pictures. All 3 do their job and all 3 are well made. If pink is your color then get these ,plus they ared easy to ajust for size like the other pairs. Velcro is very strong just like the other pairs.💪 As far as cost these come in at the lowest price ,then the triangle pair, then the black. If in your budget I say buy them. ... show more

    • Reasonably comfortable and adds to my workout
I wanted to add just a little bit of extra effort to my daily walk, and these are perfect. They are pretty comfortable to wear, but I'm aware of them. Good elastic, and the pink color is cute and fun. These are only 1 lb so I'll work up to higher weights over time.

These bands come with both advantages and drawbacks. On the positive side, their versatility stands out. While they may not provide a snug fit on the wrists due to a lack of elasticity (more in a bit) they work remarkably well when strapped around the ankles. The Velcro band ensures they stay securely in place, even during intense workout. Plus their affordability makes them an attractive option for those on a budget. However, there are some downsides. The elastic bands are fairly stiff, making them uncomfortable especially around the wrists. Also the stiffness of the band can cause irritation as it rubs against the skin during movement. While these wraps serve their purpose and are budget friendly, it is important to note that there are superior alternatives with better comfort and performance if you are willing to invest a little bit more. ... show more

These are fantastic for aiding in working out. I was worried they might not fit my ankles, as I have big ankles, but they do fit great. The elasticity makes them fairly comfortable, and they weights themselves are malleable for more comfort, but the velcro is positioned such that the rough part is towards your skin, not away from it, so you get poked if it’s not lined up perfectly. This has me making them tighter than I’d like, but they’re still okay. ... show more

I recently started physical therapy due to ongoing back and hip pain. At the PT office, they had me use weights for some exercises so I thought it would be helpful to also have a pair at home. Easy to put on and stays in place unlike other weights I’ve tried. I use these mainly on my ankles since I prefer holding weights when doing arm/shoulder days. Packing sucked but to now fault of the seller. Amazon placed a shipping label on the box that come in so the box arrived damaged. But the weights were in new condition still.     • Work pretty well
I like these, the elasticity let them fit even my thick ankles and lower calf. The downside is that when you stretch them out to fit, the weight ends in on one side. I use them both on one ankle to get more resistance, so the second one stretches a bit more higher on the ankle/lower calf. That lets you balance it out. I wish they weren’t pink. ... show more
