This comforter is a great size for my needs. In addition to that, it is made very well, zero feathers poking through, excellent warmth regulation-its breathable which was important as I am in Southern California and well, its warm here, so I don't want anything running too hot. It is quite heavy and feels wonderful, is it too heavy? No, it feels great and cozy. I will be buying one for my guest bed as well, its is a really nice comforter and I am glad I found it, I almost went to Pottery Barn for one which would have been hundreds more. This Down & Feather Comforter provides excellent value for the price and has a substantial weight, making it perfect for winter. It arrived promptly and was well-packaged. The comforter is very fluffy, and the cover has a pleasant feel to it. I truly do not want to get out of bed in the morning because it keeps me warm and cozy. The size is perfect, and the sides drape down to the floor. The pinch pleats are individually sewn and look full and puffy. If I had to find a fault, I wish it were a true bright white; while this comforter is not ivory, it's not quite bright white either. I’ve owned several down comforters over the years, and after my favorite one got ruined, I spent quite a bit of time searching for a similar replacement. I came across this comforter, and I'm so glad I did! It’s not only high quality but also reasonably priced. It fluffed up beautifully—I just popped it in the dryer on low heat for a few minutes, and it was perfect. The softness and comfort are incredible, and my husband has completely fallen in love with it too. Plus, it does a great job of retaining warmth, making it perfect for those colder nights. This is what dreams are made of. (que Lizzy Mc Guire) It is the perfect amount of warmth and length. I chose the oversized king. We have never had a bead spread that actually fit our pillowtop king mattress. This is so well made it does make some sound when you move it which doesn't bother either one of us at night. I believe this is due to the fact it has a very good cover as to not have feather escape. I have seen no feathers at all! It's so beautiful and comfy and I love the weight of it without feeling too warm. We live in Utah so winters are pretty cold. I feel this will do well in the summer too. Don't hesitate! You will not regret it!

I'm rating this 4 stars because I thought it would come with a Duvet Cover, and it didn't - I went back to read the description again, and I am still confused. At times it seems to say that it is the comforter only, but other times is it mentions a "cover" which you don't actually get. Oh well. Just know that if you purchase this duvet, you will also need to purchase the cover. If you choose not to get a cover, the fabric on the duvet isn't super soft, but it seems very durable. You can't wash this as you can regular blankets, it will need to be dry cleaned, but if you use a cover, there won't be much need to wash the blanket. Other than the cover issue, I love this comforter! It is super fluffy, super warm, and super comfortable. We have a regular king sized bed, and I bought the oversized king blanket and it makes my bed seem so inviting! I will probably order another for my guest bedroom. This might get a little warm for sleeping in the summertime, but even sleeping on top of it with another light blanket for summertime covers would feel amazing. Its like cuddling a cloud. Totally worth the price, but it should come with a cover - even a simple cheap one to protect the duvet for those who might not have other covers.

I liked how light this comforter was. It came vac packed so it's very compressed and be careful cutting it open, I clipped the very edge of comforter and goose down came flying out. I had to stitch it before I could use it...lol I let it air out on my bed and fluffed it a few times, It fluffed up nice. A little noisy but expected considering goose down comforters usually are. Fabric is soft but crisp at the same time feeling very light, not heavy at all. Keeps me warm at night when heat drops down to 65. I bought a duvet cover for it so hopefully it'll last many years. Adding the duvet cover feels like it helped it be warmer. The color and design was really pretty and kinda hated putting a cover on it but want this comforter to last many years. I like all the loops to attach a cover if you wanted too. Instead of just 4 corners, they're on all 4 sides too. Will definitely help from slipping in duvet cover. Very happy with my purchase. Shipped fast and packaged nicely.
