I purchased the 4 pack of black towels for ~$10 in June 2025. I purchased the 4 pack of gray towels for ~$19 in 2022. I repurchased this item because the gray ones held up well, they were the thick and water absorbant. I was surprised the black ones were so cheap, but sometimes certain colors are cheaper than others. But as other reviewers have mentioned, they are thin. Both towel tags for both colors are the same and say 100% cotton. The black towels are slightly bigger in dimension. The picture of the black ones, as advertised, looks like it is the same texture and thickness as my gray ones. It's not the worst that they are thinner, but they will definitely get soaked quicker. The price difference makes more sense now, but definitely irritating to get a different quality product with no indication that it is different other than color. Giving it 3 stars for this, even if the gray ones held up, I don't like skeezy/lazy sellers. Do better! ... show more
