I cannot say enough good things about this desk. I researched online quite a bit and even though it only had five reviews at the time, I took a chance. It was also quite reasonably priced for sure! I think it’s beautiful, it was fairly easy to set up, it works very well, friends admire it and I love it. Very sturdy, very well-made. Even though UPS screwed up the delivery and return multiple times, Amazon always stepped up and resolved the issues. Very happy with the purchase. This is a legitimate review and I review infrequently. I’m starting to be skeptical of all the reviews because it seems like every single item is rated 4 1/2 stars. Took me and my 9 year old 30 min to assemble. Came with all necessary parts and tools and even extras. You’ll need a Philips head screwdriver or you can use the one they provide that’s a cross between Allen wrench and Phillips head. Instructions are easy. Electronics work. The desk is very sturdy and easy to put together with clear instructions. If you are literate and have put anything together before then ignore all the comments saying it took 2-3 hours to put together....took me about 40-45 minutes. The good: good looking desk. Sturdy. Well built with thick top. Easy to build. Motor and mechanisms seem better than others used. Quiet motor. The Bad: Terrible paint on metal that chips easily. Bad power cord design with brick part hanging in center instead of at the end plug. Does not raise high enough for me (I'm 5'11") but that's my fault for not measuring. ... show more

I was excited to get this desk. The size is amazing and the desk top is nice. My issue is with the electric system. When I put it up to use standing it doesn’t go back down. When I rest and get it down finally one time it kept trying to go down and broke the plastic inside the leg. The height number never changes as you move up or down. It often gets stuck in the height when you move it. I’ve unplugged and reset and it’s never been fixed. Disappointed for the money I spent. I was recommending at first to other because it’s nice and sturdy but I take back all recommendations. ... show more

Loving it so far. Took about 45 minutes to put it together. Make sure that both of the legs are level when you put in the rod for the motor!!! If not it will be leaning on one side and will not raise properly!! It's also a lot heavier than I expected, which is a good thing.
