Nicely made and have ball bearings in the swivels and the wheels. I used these to replace the cheap casters on my kitchen chairs. These are great little casters, but oh boy, you'd better not plan on using 3/8-16 hardware with them or vice versa. The mounting studs are M10. Since the stem size is right, or rather wrong, in the description I am "docking" two full stars. This is only relevant if it matters to you. I spent $4 on 3/8" nylon locknuts. Those are going to be fun to try to return. I first noticed it when I had drilled a 3/8" hole to mount them and the stem would not actually fit. So I had to go up 1/32".
