Odd packaging, also came with a Venezuelan dollar bill (worth about $3?) and the stamps were overpriced for the value. My mistake for purchasing these, about $10 over priced for the 2 packages of stamps, which would be about $0.66 cents each. I think they also added cardboard into the envelope to make shipping more expensive? But shipped out of Washington? Just very odd... Got the stamps though (Christmas wreaths as pictured) ... show more
