I have a bucket hat that has a smaller rim from this same company and really like that one. I was looking for a wider brim hat for being outside with my toddler that covers a little bit more of my face as I am getting older and have some sun damage I am not wanting to get worse. Anyway, after trying a few others and not being happy with them, I decided to get this one even though it was a little bit more than what I wanted to spend. But I figured that I got such great use out of the other one from this company, that the investment would be worth it because I would actually use this one longer term and it would last. It is lightweight yet sturdy, and the size guides are accurate and the inside is adjustable with a pull string. Also includes a removable string that can be adjusted to be placed under the chin. It is stylish which I feel like is hard to come by with these types of hats. Happy with the purchase.

I am very sensitive to the sun and needed a hat to wear outside. After researching, I found this one and ordered it. It is very comfortable and the ties keep it from flying off with a strong wind. The width of the brim gives great coverage and the style makes it versatile, it is just as fashionable as it is functional. It’s also fairly lightweight and can be folded in half and tucked away.

Really like that it’s adjustable and reversible. It keeps the sun off of my face, ears, and neck. The brim can be turned up and down for various looks if you don’t need the full bucket effect.

This hat accompanied me on a tour of Eqypt and southern Europe and was one of my favorite pre trip purchases. It’s got a super wide brim and really blocks out that satan ball of fire that is in the sky. I also love that it folds up like magical origami and fits in my tiny purse. I got it wet and spilled random things on it and it took it like a champ and still looked amazing.

This round shape is a good switch from more oval-shape hats. Very happy with the amount of sun protection. The strap keeps it in place in the wind but disappears when not needed. I bought this for travel, and it folded flat in the suitcase. The brim can be shaped but folds flat again as needed. Finally, a hat I like!

If you've ever visited Japan during the summer, then you KNOW how disgustingly hot and humid the weather is during that time. This hat saved me during the hottest of days when the sun was beating down on us during our walks. The cotton and linen materials were breathable, and the drawstring could be hidden when I didn't need it, or was perfect on windier occasions. I did dock a point for the price, because it is a little expensive for what it is, but I do see myself using this hat for a long time. It folds easily in your bag and can be reshaped with the wired rim. I'd purchase again if it was on sale

Bought one for our trip to Sedona. So pretty and can wear with anything. Rim is flexible and can be molded super wide or bent towards chin or face for more coverage. No regrets buying. So very useful for gardening too! My husband wished he bought one for himself. Buy now!
