I’ve resisted wearing tennis shoes for years. I was an athlete as a young woman, but as an adult I favor stylish, versatile shoes. That doesn’t always make sense however when we’re walking or hiking. I tried these at the insistence of my daughter and was so surprised. Not only do they come in cute colors (a huge plus for me) but they improve my balance, add loft to my step and keep my legs and feet from tiring. I was dealing with plantar fasciitis while walking to work and then working on my feet for several hours. I searched the internet high and low and multiple sites said that this specific shoe is the best for foot pain and standing. I put it on my credit card because okay, expensive! They're comfortable enough that I keep them around as a backup pair, but the ball of the foot wore down to almost nothing within a month. My heels were also still in excruciating pain. I decided to say f* it and wear my cute shoes instead because if I was going to be in pain anyway, I'd rather have cute. Very disappointed considering that is the most I've ever spent on shoes. I expected quality for the price.
