I walked a mile and a half my first day. The shoes were very aggressive in the arch. They started getting more comfortable around the one mile mark. Today, I went 2.5 miles. My knees love the shoes as they didn't hurt at all. I am having a bit of an issue with the right shoe being a bit tight on my foot and I'm hoping that will eventually get better. So far, I am very pleased the shock absorbing feeling from the deep sole. I would recommend them and hope they hold up for my eventual 5 mile distance. They are very supportive of my super flat feet and I feel like my body is being properly aligned after wearing them all day.
