First time out of the box there was immediate comfort and no break in time. I wore them around for a day before a three mile run and didn’t have any ankle or knee pain. I used to wear ASICS shoes a lot and wanted to try something new, but now I have feeling I’ll be doing HOKAS for now on.

Good walking shoes. It’s narrow and tight, doesn’t feel or look like a $170 pair of shoes though. I have a pair of $75 Under Armour shoes that are as comfortable and fits better than this. I don’t trust the top mesh fabric to last once I start running with these, too thin snd stretchy like my toes will slowly tear and dig holes at the corners. ... show more

I love my Mach 4s The fit, for me, is much better than the Mach 5s These shoes need no break-in, they're comfortable from day 1 The only thing I don't like is that they wear quickly on the inside/back of my heal. I got the shoes in their box and they just look like advertised. I was very impressed by how light they are. They fit as expected and I have been using them for work where I stand 10 hours a day. The first 2 days they were little tight at the toes but the issue solved. Good heel support
