Now disclaimer after I ordered it I then looked at the reviews (dumb, I know). So I had a mild freak out thinking it was gonna be this great big disaster but it wasn't. All my pieces came and all holes were drilled, I think people thought they weren't drilled all the way when in reality once you start to screw the nails it all falls into place. As you can see I did do the side piece wrong (I'm just a girlšŸ˜‚) but my brother said it builds character and I'm bit that bothered by it myself. Overall it was super easy to do and quite fun totally recommend. I will say the only thing confusing is the labels like the bag with the nails some letters weren't on the right bag but again if you look at the instruction manual closely you'll see what is what. ... show more

Fits perfectly, works perfectly, easy to build, a few chipped corners/ edges but nothing huge. Took about an hour to put together and came WITH all parts (I was worried about that after reading some previous reviews on this item) everything about this is great!

I loved the color of the cabinet and it is also very sturdy. The overall look is really cute. My only issue is that I would have loved it if the shelf spaces were a little bigger. However I am very pleased with this cabinet.

I wasnā€™t expecting much for the price point and this piece managed to not meet those expectations. The good; the price. It comes with an earthquake anchor. Thatā€™s all. The bad: as noted in other reviews the screws are exposed and they donā€™t even bother to give you stickers or those plastic screw covers. The screws donā€™t match the finish of the shelf. Thereā€™s really no way to level it, and itā€™s definifely not level. Just assume it will come with some sort of damage. I had a smashed corner and two chunks of particle board carved out of one of the side panels. There was no damage to the packaging. I bought nicer handles to put on it, but thatā€™s really just lipstick on a pig - at the end of the day itā€™s still a pig. Ultimately, I think the company relies on the fact that once it is opened people wonā€™t bother to send it back. Instructions: the instructions for putting on the hinges are not correct. 1) bend the hinges slightly so they are wide enough to handle the wood doors. 2) using one of the screws start the hinge holes on the door. 3) attach the metal plate for the magnet closure 3) put the hinges on the shelf unit. 4) slide the door panel into the hinges. Close the door slightly so you can make sure it lines up. 5) Screw in the screws. 6) push in the magnet unto the shelf unit and double check everything lined up. 7) attach the handles. 8) marvel at the wonders of your unstable and cheaply made POS shelf unit. Ultimately, for me this is just extra storage in a guest room that wonā€™t be used much. If youā€™re planning on frequent use, or storage for heavy items, spend a little more money and get something better. ... show more

I ordered this on 10/3/22, received it on 10/7/22. The good: - The parts were labeled and numbered when necessary (not each duplicate wooden item had a label but one each of the shelves and the backs did. The top and bottom pieces and the left and right sides were also labeled). - There weren't any missing any parts. - I did receive assembly instructions which were located at the bottom of the carton. The bad: - It took me nearly two hours to assemble this. One reason it took me so long is because I am in my late 60s and have trouble with my eyesight. My vision was especially poor that day so I took my time putting it together. I also goofed up at one point and did a step in the assembly too soon (my fault, I wasn't looking at the instructions at that point) so I had to partly disassemble the cabinet before I could proceed. But another delay occurred when I had nearly completed the assembly, having followed the instructions step by step, and needed to attach the doors. That's when I discovered the instructions were faulty and had a major error: you cannot attach the doors AFTER assembling the body of the cabinet (as the instructions direct you to do) because it is IMPOSSIBLE to insert the door hinges into their respective holes in the shelves when the right side of the cabinet is attached. I had to partly disassemble the unit a second time so I could insert the door hinges into the shelves and then had to reattach the right side to the unit. - There was damage to each of the four doors. - The back inserts are on the thin side. They're not so thin that they flex, but they're not as thick/sturdy as I would like them to be/think they should be. Conclusion: I've included step-by-step photos showing the opened shipping carton and subsequent removal of the contents (photos #1-6). Photo #7 shows the bagged hardware (the bags came labeled). Photos #8-11 show examples of damage found on each of the doors. Photo #12 shows the fully assembled unit with the doors closed, photo #13 shows it with the doors open. The doors freely swing open and closed. Though not severe, there was damage to some of the parts so I've taken off one star for that. (BTW, I contacted Amazon support and they did make it right.) The erroneous instructions, which caused me wasted time and additional stress, resulted in another star deducted. I'd take off half a star for the thin backs but Amazon only allows full-star ratings. My 2 1/2 stars rating is therefore rounded up to 3. My photos have been numbered so you can view them in the correct sequence, if you wish. ... show more

When I first opened the box the cabinet came in I noticed right away that the corner of the sides was chipped and cracked while assembling it I was able to put the broken section towards the back of the cabinet so you cannot notice it unless you are trying to find it. As I continued assembling the cabinet, one of the magnet door pieces was broken completely, I was able to crazy glue it and add it to the last drawer which I won't be opening as much compared to the above doors. Once the cabinet was assembled, it came out beautiful, the instructions were very easy, all of the pieces came with a few extra, and overall I had an amazing time putting the cabinet together by myself. ... show more
