I love this thing. It was affordable and came with other tools that I used to cut and build my RC bodies. The blades are sharp enough to do it's work and the reamer is pointy enough to make those necessary holes for lights and side mirror installs.     • Good scissors, ok body reamer
The scissors are sharp and cut polycarbonate well. The body reamer is okay, but not great. It is plenty pointy to pierce through the body, but the reamer isn’t very sharp, so it took a lot of rotations to carve out the body posts. I plan to try and sharpen the reamer before I use it again. For someone who works on a lot of bodies, I would recommend looking for a higher quality kit with a better reamer. I am just a casual hobbyist who might do a few bodies a year, so it will be okay for me. ... show more

This is a decent set for a fair price but the scissors are cheap and cannot be adjusted. They become loose after just a few uses. I have an old pair of scissors from a major RC brand that feel much better in the hand and cut straighter than these scissors. The reamer does ok but works better if you start a pilot hole with a drill which kind of defeats the purpose. ... show more
