I have ordered this before in the past, albeit in another dark color. This one arrived quickly, felt nice, but... All the 'tousled' pieces stick out all over the place all crazy like. They would NOT lay down, bend, or be tamed without a bunch of bobby pins. I feel like the length of those is just right to be wrong. The short portion is very curly and also would not relax. The color gradient is also fairly startling and only on the tips of the crazy pieces.
